MISSION STATEMENT The mission of Oaks Christian School is “To dedicate ourselves to Christ in the pursuit of academic excellence, artistic expression, and athletic distinction, while growing in knowledge and wisdom through God’s abundant grace.” The school’s motto is “Preparing Minds for Leadership and Hearts for Service.” Our intention is for all of our students to become academic achievers, effective communicators, compassionate citizens, and spiritually-minded and involved individuals. Oaks Christian School is a nonprofit, private, co-educational school serving grades 5-12, that opened its doors in the fall of 2000. Our first senior class graduated in June 2003. In the fall

Oaks Christian School enrolls approximately 1,000 high school located in a beautiful, suburban community about 40 miles northwest of metro Los Angeles in the city of Westlake Village. Oaks Christian School is accredited by the Southern Association of Independent Schools (SAIS) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). The school is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). Oaks Christian School is also a member of the National Association of College Admission Counseling, and complies with the NACAC Code of Ethics and Professional Practices.
