Exciting Progress at the Oakley Logistics Center In late 2019, the Oakley City Council approved the application for the Contra Costa Logistics Center (CCLC) and we celebrated a groundbreaking this past winter. Since then, construction has continued at a great pace. This project is being developed by NorthPoint Development and is being constructed by CLAYCO. The CCLC project, at completion, will consist of 5 buildings totaling approximately 2 million square feet of Class A light industrial, warehousing, distribution, e-commerce fulfillA “tilt-up” construction process is being used at the new Oakley Logistics Center.
