Ready to ‘party hearty’ at home, in style ather than going out to party, Doris and Jamie love to host the festivities at their place. But the couple’s combination sitting room/dining room wasn’t conducive to partying. The space had absolutely no storage, so getting ready for guests involved hauling up a folding table and wine fridge from the basement. After everyone went home, everything had to be dragged downstairs again, and Doris even tucked away platters and bowls on the seats of dining-room chairs. With their first child on the way, Doris and Jamie were anxious to get this renovation done sooner rather than later. They were hoping for a bright, welcoming party room that would accommodate intimate dinners for two as easily as groups of 22. In fact, the room’s first official engagement was already booked: Doris’ baby shower. With the clock ticking, it was time to get moving on this trendy transformation. To add practical seating while also creating a spectacular focal point, I designed a spacious 30inch-deep banquette with a dramatic, tufted custom backrest. A new pedestal

table positioned in front of the banquette and its accompanying chairs provide lots of seating. The table is crowned by a dramatic modern glass chandelier, controlled by a dimmer switch to help set the mood. Across from the table we installed a wet bar, conveniently running the plumbing from the neighboring powder room — or not so conveniently, as it turned out. The quartz-topped bar doubles as a sideboard, and the elegant stainlesssteel sink with faceted sides could easily function as a one-of-a-kind ice

experience or certification, or simply taking payment and not living up to the contract. Duarte and his knowledgeable staff will work with customers to improve their homes while also accommodating various budgetary constraints. “The old saying is still true to this day, as my dad used to say, ‘You get what you pay for,’” Frank said. “As a small company, we offer personal service like no other. Our commitment to our customers is as good as gold.” D’s Plumbing is well-versed at replacing aged materials with modern alternatives, including swapping out old, dark wood to enhance lighting and replacing galvanized pip-

ith Father’s Day a week away, Frank Duarte is especially mindful of the role his father played in shaping his career.

And, with his son Aaron now by his side, Duarte is perpetuating the family business as he teaches the ins and outs of assisting families with their building and remodeling needs. “Working in my dad’s plumbing business wasn’t easy,” said Frank, who started learning the plumbing trade in 1961 and was certified as a master plumber in 1968. “He was a hard worker who only went to the eighth grade because, being the oldest boy, he needed to work to help support the family. I owe everything to my dad. Now it’s my turn to train my son, Aaron, who I’m very

happy to say has taken a huge step in becoming the third generation of plumbers in the Duarte family.” As the owner of D’s Plumbing and Ohana Home Additions and Remodeling, Frank has honed his craft as an integral cog in the family business. After learning the ropes with his father at the helm, Duarte — the oldest of three boys in his family — started D’s Plumbing more than 31 years ago, and is still going strong today as a general contractor. Meanwhile, Aaron is continuing to learn from his father, something he’s done ever since tagging along with Dad as a kid. “Ever since I was young, I worked with him. I kind of grew up with it,” says Aaron, a member of the D’s Plumbing team for the past 11 years. “Of course, he wants me to take

over the business one day. I take pride in what we do. We’re a small business, and he expects a lot of me, so we do everything we can to please him and the customers.” Customer satisfaction is the top priority at D’s Plumbing. The 73-year-old Frank recounts stories of contractors who fail to deliver, whether it be botching a job because of lack of

ing with copper. Other techniques, including modernizing bathrooms by expanding shower areas to accommodate the disabled, or adding housings in a kitchen to free up more space by getting a microwave off the counter, are just a few in D’s arsenal. “It’s all about the details,” Frank said. “In today’s times,

you have to meet the customers’ budget, and present something to them where they won’t have to struggle down the road.” Frank recounts a recent job during which a woman was looking to expand a shower in order to accommodate her elderly father. D’s worked with the customer and decided on a design that involved converting part of an adjacent closet into space that could then be used to extend the shower. Stability bars and an easily accessible entryway to the shower also were incorporated — and all this was done within the allotted budget. Aaron added that customers also have requested bathroom upgrades that improve functionality without breaking the bank. For instance, homeowners have developed an affinity for “goose neck” faucets, which allow users more room at the sink to wash their hands without being constrained by standard counter-level fixtures. “D’s Plumbing offers you high quality workmanship at affordable prices,” Frank said. “With countless hours dedicated to achieving perfection, we can offer you many different options to handle your needs. Be it a bath, kitchen or new addition, we’re always willing to assist you.” D’s Plumbing also offers a great deal for seniors ages 60 and older. Customers with that distinction will receive 10 percent off the cost of their project — whether it’s plumbing or another construction job that the general contractor is well-versed at addressing. “Heck, I know how it is in times like today,” Frank said. “We need everything we can get, and being a senior myself, a discount is always welcomed.” For more information, visit www.AffordablePlumbing Hawaii.com or call 230-8308 or 734-2032. For the lounge area of the room we chose comfortable, casual seating and grouped it around an amazing coffee table. This Italian-designed piece of furniture is ingenious because it expands up and out to become a full-sized table for six — adding even more space for big family dinners. The color palette we used throughout the party room is warm and inviting. Taupe, cream, brown

Guests will feel comfortable and relaxed in this contemporary yet traditional space, which is both masculine and feminine. Doris and Jamie love their new party room. Baby boomers dominate new housing trends BY KAREN NAKAMURA he largest American generation is either retired or quickly nearing retirement age. Baby boomers, the generation born between 1946 and 1964 and who count more than 76 million, may be getting older, but they are definitely not ready to head to the retirement home! The boomer generation is more active than generations past, has a more sophisticated style and wants options in their homes. Whether they are selling the homes where they raised their children or staying put and redesigning, boomers are making an impact on new housing trends. Here are some housing trends that boomers enjoy:

T

• Home offices. Some boomers are working past the age of 65. As they transition from a traditional nine-to-five job, however, they want home offices for flexibility. A second career or part-time employment often eliminates the hassle of commuting, keeps them active and brings in supplementary income.

• Tech/media centers. The tech-savvy boomer generation wants top-of-the-line amenities for their homes, such as a media room with surround sound and central control systems, which manage all media sources in one location. The house may include a wireless home network (Wi-Fi), remote-control lighting and security features. • Wider doors and hallways. Designing a home that is livable now, but can transition to be functional as the occupant ages is important in ensuring that the home will be a good long-term investment. Wider doors and hallways are useful for moving larger furniture today, and will also be wheelchair-accessible tomorrow. • Better lighting/bigger windows. The need for more lighting usually increases as we grow older. To accommodate this, builders are adding more windows and making them larger to let in more natural light. They also are adding more light fixtures in areas including under cabinets and in stairwells.

• First-floor bedrooms and bathrooms. More than 40 percent of new homes have master suites downstairs, a 15-percent increase from more than a decade ago. Boomers not wishing to go up and down stairs with bad knees and aching backs have helped fuel this trend. The bedrooms also are bigger, with larger walk-in closets and bathrooms that have a separate tub, shower and dual sinks. • Easy to maintain exteriors/landscaping. Yard work and other landscaping chores may no longer be enjoyable to aging homeowners. People who move to a new home when they retire may opt for a maintenance-free community. Those that choose to stay in their homes might make improvements to exterior surfaces such as installing stucco, brick or low-maintenance siding. Lawns are being replaced with living patios, decorative landscaping or flower beds, which can be a hobby for gardening enthusiasts. • Flex space. Flex spaces, which have become more prevalent in both new homes and remodeling, are rooms that take on the purpose of the present homeowner’s needs, but can adjust with changes as they occur. What was once a guest bedroom can be redecorated to serve as a hobby room or library. To find a designated Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing (CAASH) or Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) builder or remodeler in your area, visit www.biahawaii.org. Cabinetry also can go a long way to improve the storage capacity and aesthetics of a bathroom. As Cornel suggested, “In the bathroom, if they want a sitting area, we can use a 6-inchhigh drawer between cabinetry and make a nice area to sit and apply makeup, or an open space

to put the clothes hamper. If they want a computer station in or near the kitchen or bedroom — or wherever they need it — we can apply the same concept. If customers want a medicine cabinet in the bathroom, we can modify the depth of a wall cabinet and put a mirror in the center panel of the doors. Golden Cabinets allows customers to select space-saving cabinetry — made of luxurious cherry, oak and maple — starting at 12 inches deep. For example, a homeowner could enhance storage space near the kitchen by installing a relatively shallow wall cabinet for use as a buffet station, and finish it with a countertop. Another handy tip from Cornel is to use the cabinets to create a landing area near the front door where keys and cell phones can be deposited (and easily found later!), and possibly include a window seat to enhance the home’s entryway. A wide range of traditional cabinetry options are available through Golden Cabinets, including 30- and 40-inch wall cabinets as well as the option of including glass panels as an added artistic element. A sign of the design times for kitchens he number of kitchen styles and design options for homeowners to consider during the building and remodeling process is enough to make a person go crazy. Avoid feeling overwhelmed by simplifying your options.

T

Keep an eye on trends Traditional? Transitional? Contemporary? The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) recently surveyed more than 350 designers to identify the top trends and styles they tend to incorporate into their kitchen and bath designs. According to this survey, transitional style, a combination of traditional and contemporary, is now the most popular style in both kitchens and bathrooms. This marks the first time (since the NKBA began tracking annual design trends) that “traditional” is no longer the most common type of design. The survey also showed that contemporary is the next most common style — with shaker, arts and crafts and cottage also following as frequently used styles. Richer, warmer and darker wood species and finishes are dominating in popularity. “Hickory cabinets are catching on, as the dramatic grain variation is ideal for creating a rustic look,” said Sarah Reep, director of designer relations and education for QualityCabinets. “Despite the growing trends, maple and cherry are still homeowner favorites for cabinetry.”

Determine your style While it’s good to be aware of the trends, keep in mind that you are the one who will have to live with this kitchen. Incorporate design elements that you and your family will enjoy for years to come. If you don’t plan to stay long, consider resale value and how kitchen design might help or hurt it. Determining your personal style is the most crucial step before the kitchen remodeling process can begin (after budgeting, of course). Take pictures of other kitchens that you like and tear out pages from magazines. Scan home and design blogs to get ideas. Apartment Therapy recently revealed the best home design blogs with its award (as nominated and voted by readers), The Homies 2012. These blogs are a good place to start. Several websites offer great resources and inspiration galleries for homeowners trying to plan their kitchens. QualityCabinets has an Idea Gallery that showcases a wide range of options, from more formal and traditional to sleek and contemporary. Pinterest is another great place to collect home and design ideas and save them to later share with your designer.

Work with a professional designer While many people think they know their desired kitchen style, many have a difficult time articulating and identifying exactly what they want. A professional designer can help you design a kitchen that is comprehensive and consistent in design style. The difficult task is designing a room that comes together as a whole versus bits and pieces. This is where a designer comes in and can turn a nice-looking kitchen into one that is both stunning and functional. Designers also can help you add a personal flair through the accessories, organizational features, hardware and finishes you choose. REMODELING TO ENSURE COOL COMFORT DURING THE HOT SUMMER MONTHS ith the summer season starting and the kids home from school, thoughts turn to outdoor garden parties, barbecues with family and friends, and often that remodeling project put off until getting rained out becomes less likely. Here are some “cool ideas” from Homeworks Construction — an awardwinning design/build firm and BIA Remodelor of the Year — for incorporating energy-saving features into your renovations, while creating a comfortable home environment during the hot months ahead:

W

• Major house remodels and additions generally involve installation of new windows and doors. However, even with minor ren-

ovations, it makes sense to include replacement of old windows in the plans. Dual pane, Low E glass windows provide a barrier against outdoor heat and keep cool air in, reducing the need for air conditioning. They also provide protection against ultraviolet rays that fade interior furnishings. A creative combination of window styles can serve to maximize both views and natural ventilation. • If you plan to re-roof, then this is the time to review options for penetrations that can be properly sealed and waterproofed while the roofing is being changed. These would include ventilating skylights, solar fans and “sun tunnels” that bring light into a dark space.

• For homes that need air conditioning in addition to natural ventilation to keep them comfortable, ductless split systems are an increasingly popular choice since they save energy by localizing temperature control in lieu of cooling the entire house. Placement of the units should be planned before starting new construction or remodeling.

• Is it time to add a screened lanai to enhance your enjoyment of the balmy summer weather? Homeworks has added this feature to many homes, usually taking advantage of unused yard space. After clearing the area of vegetation and rocks, and compacting and leveling the ground with a heavy roller, a concrete slab is poured. In the simplest, least expensive form of construction,

4-by-4 inch columns are used to support the roof, which can be waterproofed and sealed with a coating, such as GacoRoof. A low wood panel wall can be added to incorporate electrical outlets. Screening should be cross braced at approximately three feet from the floor, then extended upward. A screen door can provide access to an outdoor barbecue area created by extending the con-

crete slab and roof overhang. A high pedestal fan will both cool the area and blow barbecue smoke away from the house. This addition provides new space for indoor/outdoor living at minimal cost.

For more information on remodeling or building a new custom home, call Homeworks at 955-2777. You also can call Homeworks president Jim Byxbee at his Build New Or ReDo Radio Show broadcast Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. on KHVH AM 830 and now in its eighth year. Byxbee and co-host Rick Hamada welcome listener calls to the studio (521-8383) and answer questions on the air.

ADVICE FOR TREATING DRYWOOD TERMITES WITH ORANGE OIL

ith summer approaching, the termites are swarming like crazy. Remember that both drywood and subterranean termites swarm. Since this will be the last in a series of articles about orange oil treatments for drywood termites, Akamai would like to thank the hundreds of customers who have chosen the safer and less intrusive method to rid their homes and businesses of drywood termites. There is so much less stress in our process than the traditional fumigation method. Many customers have asked questions that

W

we would like to answer for the benefit of everyone who needs a drywood termite treatment:

Q:

Why haven’t I heard of this method before now?

A:

This method has been used in California for more than 20 years, where tens of thousands of structures have been treated. Fumigation in California is a three-day process, so many people are concerned about the environment as well as their family’s safety. Orange oil has been available in Hawaii for about 15

years, but no company has developed the process. This is because fumigation was always the method of choice, and change is never easy.

Q:

How long does the orange smell stay around?

Akamai Pest Solutions can treat those specific areas with many warranty options. There’s no sense in fumigating the whole structure — call for more specific information.

A:

Usually it disappears in a day or two. It all depends on how much orange oil is required, the ventilation of the structure and

sometimes the weather. It’s rare that the smell will be around after a day.

Q:

Does Akamai Pest Solutions do any preventative treatments?

A:

Yes, we can treat the attic and/or crawl space with a surface treatment made with a non-organic material that is designed for termites and will stay on the SEE PAGE 16

hues — such as cream and taupe — or use the same color in two different sheens (i.e. glossy and flat). For a more dramatic redo, choose two contrasting colors, create multicolored stripes or paint stripes in a variety of widths to add extra interest.

Transforming a room with a few simple strokes aint can do more than change the color of a room — it can add texture, pattern and visual interest. Today’s decorative painting techniques are simple and sophisticated alternatives to wallpaper, and a far cry from the dated sponge painting from years past. Here’s how you can transform a room with a few simple strokes:

P

Textured techniques Give any room an extra bit of “oomph” with tex-

tured techniques. One simple technique is simulating the texture of fabric on walls — it makes any space feel warm and homey. To add a more masculine feel to a bachelor pad or study, use paint to create the appearance of leather on walls — apply a mix of glaze and brown paint to walls using a scrunched-up plastic bag to give the right texture. Once it is dry, use a roller to add a layer of brown glaze over it. A technique called combing is also great for

Simple but stylish, stripes are an easy way to update your space. Vertical stripes create the feeling of high ceilings, making rooms feel spacious, while horizontal stripes add a modern, funky touch. For a subtle look, paint twotoned stripes in neutral

A chic alternative to traditional stripes, chevron, or zig-zag stripes, is a way to make a big impact on your room with minimal effort. Create a pattern of many chevron stripes, or go for major drama with fewer, wider stripes. Paint the pattern around the entire room, or add

chevron to one focal wall. To get the look, use pencil or chalk to create a grid on the wall; use a level to make sure the grid lines are straight. Then, apply painter’s tape — FrogTape Delicate Surface is a good choice for this technique, too — to create the chevron pattern, utilizing your grid lines as a guide. After the painter’s tape is applied firmly to the surface, paint in-between the taped design. Lastly, make sure to remove the tape as soon as you are finished painting.

Stylish stencils Make an ordinary space extraordinary with sten-

cils. Nowadays, stencils are available in almost any shape and size. Buy them precut at your local craft store or online at etsy.com, or create your own for a design that is completely unique. Add floral designs for a feminine look, or go classic with preppy polka dots. Stencil a chandelier shape for instant sophistication or paint a meaningful quote to add a personal touch to your space. Geometric patterns, damasks and paisleys also add spice to boring walls. Some retailers even offer wall size stencils, helping you to cover a large area with ease.

THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR GOING SOLAR Y

REVOLUSUN contact // 748-8888 address // 1600 Kapiolani Blvd., Ste 1700 web // www.RevoluSun.com

ou’ve decided to do it — go green and create clean electricity on your roof with a solar system. Congratulations! Solar electricity can be extremely beneficial to Hawaii homeowners if done right the first time, with your specific roof and your family’s energy needs in mind. Hawaii homeowners should keep three things in mind when interviewing a solar specialist such as RevoluSun:

• Is this an experienced solar contractor? Many electrical contractors, roofers or even plumbers installing hot water have migrated to solar electricity. Are they experts in solar electric design and installation though? Will the system penetrate your roof with the possibility for leaks? Is this a one-size-fitsall solar kit or a system designed specifically for your house with your present and future energy needs in mind? What kind of panels will you use? Panels range widely in price based on quality performance. This is a 20-year investment. Cheaper is not always better.

• What kind of labor will install the system? Does the solar firm outsource installation or have its own team to take care of it? Does the installation team have the experience to properly wire the system and seal the job to withstand Hawaii’s tropical rains and fierce sun? Without clear attention to detail, your solar installation may not last. You could end up with holes in your roof, and you might not pass the HECO inspection to begin spinning the meter backward to offset your energy consumption.

• Is there a warranty? Does the panel manufacturer warranty the panel? Does the solar firm that installed the system offer a warranty? What kind of recourse can you take should there be a problem with your system? Thousands of Hawaii homeowners have chosen RevoluSun to be their solar partner. Thanks to the company’s proprietary software system, RiSE, a RevoluSun project developer can issue a customized quote to you

on the spot, accounting for your energy usage, sun zone and existing roof. “Our customers often remark that they are so happy to get the quote right away, with no back and forth and clear figures they understand,” said Eric Carlson, RevoluSun principal. “We pride ourselves on our transparency and flexibility in working with homeowners who want to go green by creating a system that meets their needs. With our longstanding partnership with SunPower, the world’s foremost panel manufacturer, and American Piping and Boiler, a kamaaina union shop with a rich history in Hawaii, Hawaii homeowners can feel secure knowing they have chosen the best in solar installation and design with RevoluSun.” As Hawaii’s leading solar provider, RevoluSun recently was named the Residential National Top Producer of the Year by SunPower Corp. and was named a finalist in the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Awards for ethics in business.

Q:

Does Akamai Pest Solutions treat ground termites?

A:

Yes we do. However, we cannot use orange oil because it is organic and will biodegrade; therefore we have to inject a regular termite product into the ground.

Q:

Is the orange oil process cheaper than traditional fumigation?

A:

In most cases the orange oil process is more expensive because it’s a labor-intensive and

Giving your windows a hot look this summer indows do a lot more than just let the light in and keep the weather out. They’re both key elements in your home’s overall design and in the unique look of each individual room. If you’re redecorating, updating your window treatments is a great, cost-effective way to completely change the look of a space. “Today’s versatile window shades offer ample opportunities to create a

W

truly unique, seasonally appropriate look quickly and easily,” said Lauren Foster, a home design consultant with Blinds.com. When it’s warm out, it’s time to open windows and let the sun shine in. Leaving windows curtain-free, and decorating with window shades instead, allows you to welcome the season into the room and show off the window’s intrinsic beauty. Foster points to the window shade treatment trends that will be hot this summer:

• Prints and patterns. Long gone are the days when window shades were drab solid white or cream. Today, you can find a plethora of colors, patterns and even textures. Websites like Blinds.com stock a huge inventory of options, from Roman shades in passionate purple and energy-efficient cellular shades in celery green, to roller shades in sprightly floral patterns. Brands like Laura Ashley, Bali and Graber literally offer dozens of color,

pattern and style combinations, making it possible to find a window shade to complement virtually any design theme. • Bringing the outdoors in. Wood blinds have been a design staple for decades, and with good reason: they’re durable, beautiful and practical. This year, wood blinds play to the trend of bringing the outdoors in. Woven roller shades that feature bamboo, sisal, grass, jute and straw are versatile enough to create both rustic and sophisticated effects in any room. • Exterior shades. Sometimes, the inside of windows isn’t the only spot where you could use some shade. Exterior shades will be “in” this season, as homeowners seek to maximize the appeal and design impact of their outdoor living spaces. Exterior shades

not only provide much-needed protection from the sun for patios and porches, they can help underscore an outdoor space’s status as an important element of your home’s overall design.

• Cordless. Cordless shades have been available for a while, but their popularity is growing among homeowners and interior designers for a number of reasons. Cord-free blinds and shades create a clean, uncluttered look, allowing the beauty of the shade to shine without visual distraction. The cord-free adjustment mechanism holds blinds and shades securely in position, eliminating the need to constantly adjust them, and making it easier to raise them evenly. Finally, eliminating cords improves safety for children and pets, making cordless shades and blinds a must for children’s bedrooms and play areas.

GIVING WIND ENERGY SYSTEMS A WHIRL olar electric systems provide power during daylight hours or when the sun is shining, but what about providing energy when there is no sunlight? At Pacific Islands Construction, we work tirelessly to bring you products and services at the cutting edge of energy efficiency and sustainability. In that pursuit, we are proud to present the Zefr, a small wind turbine that operates as part of the modular and scalable Wind Array Turbine System (WATS) developed by JLM Energy Inc. of Rocklin, California. Zefr turbines make up WATS to collectively harness the power of the wind, routing the power of 20 turbines into a single smart inverter to reduce your carbon footprint and lower your energy costs.

S

Small wind turbine array challenges Because of the variability in wind gusts, it has been very difficult to harness energy from multiple interconnected wind turbines. Turbines that would be spinning faster than others would send power down the line of their adjacent counterparts and further slow, or completely

common AC electricity. Additionally, JLM engineers keep a close eye on the quality of their products by keeping manufacturing in the U.S.

disrupt, those generators. This posed a challenge in the scalability and distribution of small wind turbine systems — until now.

Don’t let its small size fool you Coming in with a 36-inch rotor diameter, the Zefr packs an arsenal of cutting-edge technology. JLM Energy’s Zefr turbine overcame the technological obstacles by developing a new wind turbine that houses revolutionary power electronics. The power created from every Zefr turbine in the Wind Array Turbine System flows through the same tethered cable harness without disrupting the power generation of neighboring turbines. A 3.6kW smart inverter, which seamlessly and optimally generates the maximum amount of power, converts the power from 20 Zefr turbines into

Traditionally, a single turbine was a big investment with no opportunity for scalability. The inherent small size of the Zefr and easy-mounting features make it flexible to put multiple units on a roof line, parapet or other structural surfaces that enable a seamless blend into the architectural landscape of your building. It also is easy to scale up your energy production at any point down the road simply by adding more turbines. Whether you’re a small or large business, owner of a residential complex or simply a homeowner interested in lowering your carbon footprint and monthly utility bill, the Wind Array Turbine System offers the modularity to easily customize the installation. The Wind Array Turbine System also comes with JLM’s energy monitoring software so that you can track each Zefr’s energy production in real time. That way, you can see your investment saving you money and also determine whether your system is running optimally or not.

garage door maintenance T

he garage door is the largest moving part in your home and is typically used daily. Over time, parts can wear, compromising the operation of the garage door and creating potential safety problems. Regularly scheduled maintenance before problems occur can reduce your overall maintenance costs and improve the reliability of your garage door.

Servco Raynor Overhead Doors recommends annual preventive maintenance on your garage door system. This includes inspection of the entire system; lubrication of all moving parts such as hinges, chain drive, rollers and springs; tightening all bolts and screws; inspection of limit switches, gear drive, cables, track alignment, spring tension, operator and safety eyes as well as the required adjustments. Broken or worn parts should be replaced for the optimum smooth and quiet operation of the system. The homeowner should periodically clean the garage door panels with a mild soap (such as car wash or dishwashing soap) and water. Rinse thoroughly. This is especially important in coastal locations to remove salt build-up. Applying a good car wax to the door also will extend the life of the surface. Servco Raynor Overhead Doors can set up an annual preventive maintenance program for garage doors to keep the system performing reliably for years to come. Call 676-3667 to schedule routine preventive maintenance if you haven’t done so in
