1985. Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Lives and works in Vitória/ES. Artist, researcher and professor at the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES). He holds a degree in Visual Arts and a Masters in Visual Poetry from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), currently holds a PhD from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). Pagatini's research starts from the problematization of discourses and narratives about historical processes. His projects use procedures associated with printing methods, cataloging, through the investigation of public archives and cultural institutions. In his practice he articulates relations between traditional media and new technologies of image production.
