Water and air also contain harmful substances that can no longer be removed biologically and are responsible as FOOD for the growth of unwanted microflora such as Legionella. Many of those (harmful) substances contain C=C groups that are present in many - harmful - chemical compounds (Pi compound) VUV radiation (172 nm) and UV-C radiation (254 nm) = light and ozone DESTROY SELECTIVELY that C =C bridge / connection. Because there are many electrons close together in that place. Toxic componets are converted in smaller much better and faster easily digestible HARMLESS biodegradable chemicals are created. No Food = no or less Microflora.

What is de FOX Laser?

The FOX is a gas discharge lamp something like a "FLUORESCENT lamp" = gas discharge lamp Willie the inventor calls it an EXCIMER LASER filled with... XENON GAS ! instead of harmful MERCURY. This laser only produces powerful energy in light with a wavelength of 172 nM. PROPERTY of that radiation! The shorter the wavelength, the more radiant energy is released 40% or even more of the power of this 35 watt lamp is converted into light 172 nm with which harmful compounds are photochemically cracked. And / Or oxygen is converted into ozone direct in water.. The rest is heat. This technology is the LAST opportunity to CRACK very harmful NON biodegradable compounds.and then biologically convert those other compounds into bite-sized chunks. But you can do even more with the FOX

Can the FOX do more?Yes! SUPER DISINFECTION ! .

When dry oxygen gas flows along the VUV = Vacuum UV source, ozone is made much more efficiently and in higher strength / concentrations. The FOX laser makes about 0.5 gr of industrial quality ozone per 1 hour, i.e. with 20 gr Ozone per 1 M3 oxygen gas. YESSS says Willie the inventor you can really do something with that. If you use dry air (21% oxygen) then the ozone strength is < 3 grams ozone in 1 M3 gas. That is done with very dry air with very little water (dew point -60 degrees Celsius). With much LESS than 0.1 grams of Ozone SIMPLY dissolved in 1 M3 water, all microflora / Bioterrorists have no chance. So also COVID-19 viruses in air water or hard surfaces!

Finally, you can use ozone TOGETHER to make another much more environmentally friendly and CIRCULAR cleaning and disinfectant nl ACTIVE BROMINE! Chemical name is (HOBR) Trade Name HYSOP which is MUCH safer than active chlorine (HOCL) which currently still has 999.999% of people swimming in it.

If you dissolve a little dead sea salt = HYSOP in the (swimming) pool, ozone activates just like chlorine! Dus with HOBR bromine salt in active bromine. So you have BETWEEN the swimmers a safer disinfectant, and DEPOT effect that meets the official 5 5 5 suspension tests . That is a log 5 reduction = 100,000 colony forming units in 5 min of the 5 types of microflora as fungi, yeasts, bacteria viruses spores . Active chlorine still works up to an acidity of up to 7.8, which is the acidity of tap water as it comes from the tap. To reach a value of 7.0 pH, you need to add about 50 cc of sulphuric acid (battery acid) with a strength of 37 % by know. Active bromine does NOT need acid and works faster and better at acidity Ph > 7.8 Active bromine that reacts with N nitrogen and C compounds (Halogenation reactions) can be more EASILY mineralized the free bromine and is again available again as a safety disinfection between swimmers. There is a CIRCULAR SYSTEM for SAFER (swimming) water.

The preparation of the gas for Ozone app’s

Ozone can be produced from dry compressed air. Or via a vacuum system. It is also possible to use an installation that concentrates the oxygen from the air to 90 - 95% via a PSA Unit pressure swing Adaptor.

One can also use oxygen cylinders. When ozone from the air is used as a feed gas, it is important that the moisture present in the air is removed. The amount of water in this compressed air should not exceed the amount corresponding to a dew point of -60°. Celsius

The following steps are necessary when procuring ozone from conditioned air:

· Gas compressor or vacuum system

· Air dryer and cooling device

· Filtration step to remove dust and oil.

When using concentrated oxygen from bottles, these steps are not necessary.

Because ozone is a chemically unstable gas and falls back to oxygen, it is necessary to apply this in the process immediately after production.

Electrical discharge as described above is today the most efficient method of producing ozone. Ozone is produced from oxygen-containing gas that is passed along a capacitor (Positively charged and negative plate or pipe system).

The energy of the corona discharge splits the oxygen. The gas flow produced through this process from dry air must yield at least 1 - 3% by weight of ozone. When using pure oxygen, the strength that leaves the ozone generator is 3 - >10%.

The Ozone Dissolving Reactor

The concentration of ozone that leaves the ozone generator is very important for the economic’s and management of the system and the required effect. The gas can be dissolved under sufficient pressure in glas or in stainless steel vessels where the ozone gas is dissolved under a certain pressure in a certain volume. Obeying Henry’s Law ! In this way, one is able to press more than 95% of the generated or produced ozone into the aqueous phase.

Ozone Gas Destruction

The part of ozone that physically cannot be dissolved in the water is treated to remove the odor.

When using technical oxygen, it can also be attractive to reuse the oxygen in large installations.

The effectiveness of ozone as a disinfectant.
