No financial information is required to be included in this PDS as:
NZRLC is a newly incorporated company that has no operating or trading history and therefore has no historic financial information.
NZRLC is not providing prospective financial information as it has not entered into any contracts or commitments to acquire any rural land at the time of this Offer. The Board considers that in the absence of agreed terms for acquiring and then leasing rural land it is not practicable to formulate reasonable assumptions on which to base prospective financial information.
