Greetings Local Restaurateurs, Our chapter is a long-standing champion of the ProStart Curriculum, and thanks to our community, we have raised over $150,000 to empower the next generation of hospitality leaders. These funds provide high school students with the essential tools to launch their careers and secure post-secondary education through our annual scholarship programs. To continue this mission, we are thrilled to introduce the Culinary Passport to WNY Restaurants—a fresh, high-impact way to support scholarships while driving guests through your doors. This year’s Passport is more accessible than ever: Massive Value: Features local restaurants with over $400 in total discounts. New Formats: Available in both traditional printed and convenient digital versions for the first time. Extended Exposure: The Passport will be active from October 2026 through December 31, 2027.
