The NYSID program generated $108 for every hour worked by an individual during 2024, which amounts to more than $400 million in economic impact. This is substantiated by the Rockefeller Institute of Government’s report on the fiscal and societal impact of employment on NYSID contracts.

Its customers are state and local government entities under the Preferred Source Program, in addition to private sector customers in medical, financial, non-profit, and other professional areas.
