1 Schedule your discovery call
Let’s connect! I want to get to know you and learn about your trip preferences & requirements, and what the perfect trip looks like to you.
2 Receive a first draft of the itinerary & settle the planning fees
Shortly after our discussion, you will receive an initial draft itinerary of your trip and settle the planning fees to start working with us.
3 We create your beautiful itinerary
It usually takes me between 10 to 15 days to create an outstanding itinerary - Availability & pricing are individually checked with each one of our suppliers to give you the most accurate proposal. This is not a premade package, I create your custom-made vacation from scratch.
4 Confirm your trip
If you are happy with the itinerary, I will create your online account in our registration system, WETRAVEL, so you can book your trip and settle your deposit.
5 Enjoy the trip of a lifetime
After registering for your trip, you will receive our internal “What to expect next” guide, your travel insurance quotation and we will also book your international flights if you choose to. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and get excited!
Frequently Asked Questions
How much advance of my trip do I need to be in touch with CHASEGOLF?
I am a master at creating the perfect golf trip in Europe and It takes longer than usual to organize such itineraries. I suggest contacting me at least 6 months in advance; sometimes 1 to 2 years in advance if you are travelling to a major golfing destination such as Scotland, Ireland and England.
What is our minimum number of nights required?
We have a strict 5-night minimum trip policy in place
Do you book Air B&Bs?
While I do not offer the option to book Air B&Bs, I work with the very best 4 and 5 star hotels across Europe and have gained preferred priviledges for my clients over the years.
Do you book hotels only and à-la-carte tee-times?
No, I create immersive experiences from start to finish and include your private driver-guide, your hotels with breakfasts, your teetimes, your private tours, excursions and entrance tickets. I also provide my clients with several useful internal guides such as Restaurant Guides, Tipping Guides, Packing Guides, Rules of Golf, Playing Golf in Europe Guides, and more. I am a professional travel advisor dedicated to provide my clients with the ultimate service throughout their trip.
Can my itinerary cost be itemized?
I work directly with my suppliers and partners and have contractual agreements with them. As an established tour operator business, I ear commissions and work with special FIT, NET and commissionable rates. I negotiate rates on your behalf and I am able to secure the best experiences for the best value on the market.
Can I use my points/rewards?
I am not able to book reservations with your points or rewards. If you want to do so, I recommend to book these prestations separately from the trip I craft for you. Please note, I do need to know all other travel arrangements you make on your own in order to work around your schedule accordingly.

Whom am I and what makes me so different ?
Hi, I’m Fanny Chase! owner of CHASEGOLF Travel
Originally from France (and now also American), my passion for travel comes from my family; I started traveling throughout Europe at age 5 in my grandparents’ campervan and then, traveled extensively with my parents during my childhood. I grew up playing tennis, surfing and trying out many sports but my passion for golf came later, when I met my husband and golf shaper/designer in Bermuda. Today, I bring a long standing savoir-faire within the golf, travel and hospitality industries in different capacities. My experience in the field include working at top luxury hotels, premier golf courses, travel agencies and organizing major golf tournaments with several governing institutions. I explored 60+ countries, lived in 6 different countries and speak 4 langages.
My expertise includes extensive complex road-trips throughout Europe, wine and gastronomy, small charming villages, hidden gems and unique destinations, UNESCO World Heritage sites, adventure and golf trips. My destinations: France, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Scotland, England, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands (The), Czech Republic, Austria, Italy and Greece.
