Welcome to the 77th Annual New York District Leadership Training Conference. We would like to thank the Desmond Hotel staff for all they have done to help make this conference a success. Their support of this conference is greatly appreciated. I want to congratulate Governor Anastasia Ababiy and her board for a great service year. Your District Board and Conference Committee have worked very long and hard to make this event the best ever! They have tried to make this year’s conference a little different and even more enjoyable. They have considered your evaluations and where possible made changes. We have some new and exciting workshops for you to try. We again have the ever popular PLAYFAIR and our Keynote speaker is Nisan Trotter. Growing up in the backwoods of Silverhill, Alabama, Nisan seemed to move as fast as a Nissan 370Z with lots of activity being a part of his everyday life
Known as a fitness speaker, Nisan has motivated students with the ideals of leadership and overcoming adversity, and is on route to winning the Fitness Business Summit Personal Trainer of the Year Award!
Our Keynote Session helps introduce Key Clubbers to LTC, as well as inspire them through our Keynote Speaker, who lead motivating speeches about our Key Club values: leadership, character, caring, and inclusiveness.
At Friday dinner and Saturday lunch, we will have 75 seconds to collect as much money as possible in donations. Any contribution will help greatly!

No Key Clubber will be permitted to leave the hotel building for any purpose until the close of the Conference. Follow the instructions of advisors/chaperones at all times. A curfew will be observed and strictly enforced from 12:00 A.M. until 7:00 A.M.
All attendees will be expected to cooperate with and respect the authority of the Conference Staff.
No Key Clubber will be permitted in any room of the hotel assigned to a member of the opposite sex.
Name badges must be worn at all times during the Conference. Attendance of all Key Clubbers is required at caucus sessions, general sessions, mandatory meal sessions, and any other activities as stated in the Conference Program.
All Key Clubbers must dress in accordance with the conference dress code All Key Clubbers must abide by all Key Club International Code of Conduct
MAP& PROCEDURES
WHENYOURCAR/BUSARRIVES...
Instruct the driver to unload in the front of the hotel.
1. Advisor/Chaperone should get off the bus and check their students in at the General Check-In table in the main lobby.
2. Students should stay on the bus in order to alleviate large crowds.
3. While the advisor/chaperone is checking in, members of the District Board and/or Conference Interns will board the bus to provide some instructions to the students

4. Once the advisor/chaperone has completed checking in, students may get off the bus and head into the hotel; a member of the District Board will guide the group to their rooms.
