Ho, ho, ho! It’s wonderful to be back in my favorite home away from the North Pole — the New York Marriott Marquis. From the moment I touch down in Times Square, I can feel the sparkle of the season in every corner of this grand hotel.
This year, I’ve brought along a few extra surprises. Our Santa Approved Rooms are more enchanting than ever — each adorned with a glittering Christmas tree, nutcrackers standing guard, and a once-per-stay delivery of cookies I’ve personally approved (and taste-tested, of course). You’ll even find a First Edition Holiday Ornament waiting just for you — a beautiful keepsake inspired by the hotel’s iconic glass elevators that have been lifting spirits for forty years.
Of course, I can’t resist a good brunch, so I’ll be joining my friends at Levain Bakery for our Very Merry Santa Brunch, filled with laughter, cocoa, and cookies worthy of the Nice List. And if your heart beats to the sound of holiday music, don’t miss Sal “The Voice” Valentinetti performing right here in the Broadway Lounge — his songs could melt even a snowman’s heart.
I’ll be here throughout the season, sharing hugs, stories, and plenty of cheer — right up until New Year’s Eve, when I’ll head back north to prepare for next Christmas. But don’t you worry; while I’m toasting with cocoa at the Pole, you’ll
find four spectacular celebrations right here at the Marquis — from the ballroom bash to the skyhigh festivities at The View, New York City’s only revolving rooftop restaurant.
