Special Guest Lt. Colonels Charles & Shari Fowler Lt. Colonels Chuck and Shari Fowler have served as Salvation Army officers since 1992 as members of the Followers of Jesus session. Over 33 years of ministry, they have held 15 appointments across six states and the Republic of the Marshall Islands, including corps, command and territorial leadership roles. Together, they spent 15 years in recovery ministry, sharing a passion for healing, restoration, and spiritual transformation. Chuck and Shari currently serve as Secretary for Personnel and Associate Secretary for Personnel in the USA Western Territory. High school sweethearts, they are blessed with four adult children and five grandchildren and remain committed to serving Christ and others with compassion, faith and dedication.
