5) Be discreet when discussing any properties you are looking at. It’s a small world!
6) Ask what fixtures & fittings are included in the sale before negotiating price
7) Use an experienced hebrew speaking negotiator to help level the playing field.
8) Building inspections are done prior to contract to know exactly what you are buying.
9) Work out costings including currency costs, purchase tax, title registration & fees.
