Measles is still in London
Far too many children in London, Salford and Gateshead are still coming down with Measles. This is a dangerous situation.
Parents of unvaccinated children are shocked at how very sick they can become with measles and that it is extremely infectious.

Contact your GP surgery if your children are not fully vaccinated. You can check this in their red book. The vaccine is given at age 1 year and at 3 years 4 months.
DON'T LEAVE IT TOO LATE!
If you think your child may have measles, you must not take them to school. Isolate them at home for at least 4 days after the rash. Call NHS 111 or phone your GP surgery for advice. (Do not take your child to the doctors' surgery without arrangements being made so that other patients should not be infected.) Arrangements are being made at local GP surgeries to provide extra MMR vaccine appointments.

NW London Rabbonim Letter in Support of the Vision

A new initiative has been launched for North West London Schools which are facing unprecedented financial pressures. This is seriously impacting the quality of ךוניח and in some cases risking their actual survival. Furthermore it is creating unsustainable stress on many Rebbes and their families.
The ךוניח of the children is the foundation of a Kehilla and is the responsibility of the Kehilla. “The Vision” initiative is a call to the רוביצ to resolve to allocate 20% of their הקדצ money towards the support of the local Mosdos HaChinuch.
We, the undersigned fully support this initiative, calling upon every person in NW London to participate in “The Vision”.
May the special תוכז of a kehilla-wide approach – in which everyone can participate, enable our ןבר תיב לש תוקונית to reach their potential and be a הרימש for the entire Kehilla.
