Essential Skills for the Work Place programming
Designed to get students the necessary skills and training to be ready to enter the work force
Many ESWP programs offer an introductory module into a skills training program, that further builds the knowledge and skill required for a focused work force need. This training also opens the path to further post-secondary education, by providing students a module (or 2) towards their full certificate program
CICAN CCA ESWP Program
Through this program students will take specific CICAN online training modules, Essential Skills face to face learning outcomes, and a CCA module for credit.
*note students would be required to enrol in the Post-secondary program offering to finish their full certificate.
Students who complete the CICAN CCA ESWP program and then complete the Post-secondary CCA program prior to February 2024 would be able to apply for the CICAN $5000 scholarship.
