Caltrans has released an environmental document for the Soscol Junction Improvement Project in Napa County. The Project proposes improvements to the existing State Route 29/ State Route 221 signalized intersection. The environmental document is an Initial Study with Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration/Environmental Assessment under both CEQA and NEPA. A public meeting will be held at NVTA offices at 625 Burnell Street Napa, CA 94559 on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Comments on the document will be accepted through October 20, 2019.
