GUIDED PATHWAYS ADVISING ASSISTANCE

We’re here for you! We understand the merger to CT State and new degree programs may cause some confusion. If you need assistance with advising or understanding your Degree Works audit we’re here to help. Below are some helpful tips to know.

• Students who are graduating (or are planning to graduate) in May or August 2023 should continue to use their college Degree Works for their degree audit (available through myCommNet).

• Students who are graduating (or planning to graduate) after August 2023 should use the CT State Degree Works for their degree audit (available through myCTState).

• When reviewing your fall 2023 degree audit for CT State, it may appear that some of your courses that previously satisfied requirements for your current (“legacy”) degree/certificate do not fit into your CT State program...don’t worry!

• Every course that previously counted in your current (legacy) certificate/degree will be applied towards graduation in your CT State certificate/degree.

• All prerequisite courses that met your current (legacy) program will be honored for the comparable CT State course during the 2023-24 academic year.

If you have any questions about your degree audit, please contact your Guided Pathways Advisor. The name of your advisor(s) is also listed on your Degree Works Audit.

You can make an appointment using this link or the QR code. We look forward to meeting with you!
