Winchester/Frederick Co. Best of Nominees The businesses/individuals on this ballot were nominated earlier this year during March and April.

The voting period is open from Wednesday, July 29 thru Sunday, August 16, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. During these dates everyone can vote for his/her favorite businesses, individuals and organizations in Winchester & Frederick County.

Here are the guidelines: • One voting ballot per person per day - either online or paper ballot • Vote for the categories you are most familiar with based on your past experiences.
