Nutrisense takes care of the prescription for all eligible members by partnering with a physician’s network Before registering for a program, members fill out a mandatory questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is completed, it's reviewed by a medical professional, who will check eligibility and write a prescription if appropriate.

When you join the Nutrisense CGM program, you’ll place your order online and receive your CGMs in the mail. Since Nutrisense’s physician network handles the prescription process for you, there’s no need to visit a practitioner for to get a CGM prescription online before joining.
