Why E-Scholars?
The Engineering Scholars Programme (E-Scholars) offers students with exceptional potential an accelerated pathway to complete any Bachelor of Engineering degree at CDE. The programme fully supports your educational pursuits, including overseas experiential learning and Master’s studies. You will be provided with an enhanced educational experience that capitalises on both your academic abilities and personal aspirations.
Programme Overview
Four-year scholars programme
The accelerated four-year undergraduate programme for E-Scholars offers you the opportunity to complete your chosen Bachelor of Engineering degree in just three years. You can utilise the fourth year to pursue a Master’s degree (3+1) or engage in other academic pursuits such as a Double Degree Programme.
Bond-free scholarship
• Full coverage of tuition fees for four years
• Subsidised on-campus accommodation for two years
• Living allowance provided for four years
• One-time computer allowance
• Subsidies available for overseas experiential programmes
Other benefits

E-Scholars Profiles
E-Scholars are enrolled in their chosen engineering programme offered by the College of Design and Engineering at NUS. They leverage on the opportunities provided by the Scholars Programme to immerse themselves in residential life on campus and participate in overseas programmes during their university journey.

d) Upload personal statement and referee nomination
We shortlist based on academic performance and co-curricular activities. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a panel interview.
Application outcome will be sent directly from the Engineering Scholars programme office.
