Integrated Sustainable Living in Wawari Township, Iskandar Puteri

Kwasa Damansara Township: Intensity Review

Development of housing products and distribution, mainly on the mixed income housing model – to rationalize the concept with Johor’s affordable housing policies, market and demand.

Coordinated and produced a review of the township’s overall intensity. Review entails identification of opportunities and challenges, visualization of identified impacts and recommendations. It aims facilitate project team’s decisions on assigning plot densities for commercial and mixed-used development plots within the study area.

Place Branding

I have had experience in developing place brands for various local plans, master plans and urban design guidelines. Based on project site heritage or natural potentials, place branding may take the form of street furniture standardization and precincts character mood board.

Building Typologies

With the aid of GIS, I have developed building typology analysis templates for various project sites. These analysis may either inform urban design strategies such as mobility improvements, precinct characters or heritage building conservation.

Vista and Density

I have produced several vista preservation strategies that would shape the skylines of project areas. Vistas are extruded based on heritage assets, local landmarks, natural landscape as well as the obstacle limitation surfaces (proximity to airport runway).
