SELANGORKU (RSKU) AT KAJANG PERDANA.

The developer will use Lot 942 (marked red area in the site plan below) for RSKU requirement. The land area is 7.28 acre. It means that the site can caterfor510unit ofRSKUbasedonthe density allowed 70 unit/acre. The extra 206 unit (510 unit – 304 unit) will be used to cater for Phase 2 future development. Facilities provided for the RSKU are surau, management office, kindergarten, nursery, shop area, playgroundandlandscapearea

Table below shows the percentage and the type of RSKU that the developer had agreed to build. The same percentagewillbeusefortheextra206 unit.

Total housing components for phase 1 was 456 units. The housing components comprises of bungalow and terrace houses (22’ x 75’ and 20’ x 70’). Phase 1 had been constructed except for the RSKU requirement.

In order to develop Phase 2, the developer must comply with the Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS) requirement; that is to built RSKU.

The land area for the whole project is 30 acres. The total number of residential units are 1096. The development is divided into 2 phase. Phase 1 is for Skim 1, 2 and 3. Phase 2 is for Skim 4. There are also certain land area that need to be surrender to the authority such as for Surau, Pencawang Pembahagi Utama (PPU), Water tank area, green area and others.

As required by the Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS), this development must build 176 units of Rumah Selangorku. The land area dedicated for Skim 1 is 2.10 acre. The apartment consists a total of 24 story including 8 story of car park level with facilities floor located at Ground Level. Facilities provided for this development are multi purpose hall, kindergarten, playground, badminton hall, surau, maintenance office and guard house. The build size for each apartment is 850 sqft. The selling price is RM 250,000.

SKIM 2- ACASIA CONDOMINIUM

The land area for Skim 2 is 3.20 acres. This apartment consists of 2 block with 376 units.

It’s a 15 story of apartment and 4 story of car park level.
