Camp Dates Session I: June 15 – July 3, 2020 Session II: July 6 – 24, 2020
Camp Tuition Session I: $1,900 Session II: $1,900 • This price includes transportation from select areas. • Northwestern faculty and staff receive a $150 per session discount
What You Need to Know Camper Eligibility Girls and boys currently enrolled in 1st-6th grade (current 6th graders must be returning campers) The camp day begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. daily. Morning Session Activities (campers will have the opportunity to participate in all morning activities): • • • •
Basketball Baseball Flag Football Floor Hockey
• Tennis • Ultimate Frisbee • Volleyball
Afternoon Session Activities (rotation changes daily): • • • •
Beach Activities Soccer Sports Club (team games and activities) Swimming Lessons
Sports Equipment
All campers must have a swimsuit and towel daily for swimming and beach activities. A baseball glove is also recommended if the camper chooses to participate in baseball. Equipment is provided for all other activities. However, campers may bring equipment for other sports if they choose. Such items may include: goggles, a tennis racquet, baseball bat, etc.
Lunch
Campers must bring their own sack lunch. A fruit juice beverage will be provided. Refrigeration is not available for camp lunches. Insulated bags and cold packs are recommended. Water and Gatorade will be provided throughout the day.
Transportation
Transportation is included in the camp tuition. Minivans will provide door-to-door service in the following designated areas ONLY: Evanston, Kenilworth, Winnetka (south of Town Road), Wilmette (east of the Edens), and Skokie (north of Howard street and east of Crawford). Minivan service will be provided in Glencoe at Central School. Bus service is provided in Chicago’s Lincoln Park at Diversey Harbor. Parents will be notified of pick-up and drop-off times prior to the start of each camp session. Pick-up times are between 8:00 – 8:40 a.m. Drop-off times are between 3:10 – 4:00 p.m.
Returning Camper Guaranteed Enrollment Enrollment period: January 13 – 17, 2020 • Online: By Monday, January 13, all returning campers will receive an email with online registration instructions. • By Phone: Call 847-491-7314, Monday – Friday, • 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. during the returning camper guaranteed enrollment period. Within a few days of your online or phone registration, you will receive an email with instructions to log into your Northwestern Recreation account. Complete the online registration and deposit payment of $350 per session for your camper. Once complete, your camper is officially enrolled in the Wildcat Sports Camp.
New Camper Enrollment Information Enrollment period: Begins January 21, 2020 Registration is by phone only. Call 847-491-7314, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Once registered, a non-refundable deposit of $350 will be required. Note: Prorating is not available for campers who do not wish to attend a full session or who do not use the transportation included in the tuition fee.
Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Between April 13, 2020 and May 22, 2020 only 50% of the full tuition is refundable. After May 22, 2020 tuition is non-refundable for both sessions.
Wildcat Sports Camp is administered through the Northwestern University Department of Athletics and Recreation.

Wildcat Sports Camp Counselors are students and student-athletes from Northwestern, other universities, past Wildcat campers, teachers, as well as year-round Recreation Department staff. Counselors from around the country bring diversity and innovative teaching methods to the camp experience. Our dedicated First Aid/CPR/AED certified counselors and instructors are the key to your child’s successful learning experience. Wildcat Sports Camp is operated out of the newly renovated Henry Crown Sports Pavilion, 2311 Campus Drive, on the Northwestern University Evanston campus.
