Nuoc Collection For your daily adventures
100,000 marine animals die because of the plastic every year.
Nuoc Collection
Between 5 and 13 million tons of plastic are thrown every year into our Oceans.
Every single minute, 800.000 single-use plastic bottles are being consumed and 20% of them will end up at sea.
Bottled water generates a worrying amount of plastic that gets piled up and end up in the ocean. As travelers, we got to see it in first hand during our trip to Vietnam, where we truly realized about how bad the plastic problematic is and decided to find a solution. This is how NUOC (water in Vietnamese) was then born back in 2016 in San Sebastian, Basque Country; aiming to offer a sustainable alternative to single-use plastic water bottles: a portable reusable glass bottle. But we knew we could do even more to help, so we started supporting projects that provide access to clean water in developing countries, as well.
