Dear Friends and Supporters,
This past year has been a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together around a shared purpose: enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. At the Numotion Foundation, our goal is to strengthen and support the incredible work being done by nonprofit organizations across the country - work that directly impacts individuals and families living with mobility challenges every day.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors and their belief in our mission, we’ve continued to foster meaningful partnerships with both national and local nonprofit organizations delivering meaningful results. Through these collaborations, our collective impact has supported critical research, expanded access to essential services, and raised awareness about the diverse needs of the mobility community.
We’re also especially proud of our Numotion Sustainers, employees who have chosen to support the mission of the Foundation through ongoing payroll contributions. Their continued generosity and personal commitment speak volumes about the culture at Numotion and the passion our team has for making a lasting impact in the lives of those we serve.
As you turn the pages of this report, we hope you see the ripple effects of supporting the Numotion Foundation. Every story of progress and every statistic of success reflects this commitment. We’re honored to carry this mission forward with you.
With sincere gratitude,
Mike Swinford and Justin Richardson

Numotion Foundation Continued Support of Dare2Tri
Dare2Tri is a Chicago-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance the lives of individuals living with physical disabilities and visual impairments by building confidence, community, health, and wellness through swimming, biking, and running.
At Dare2tri, the mission is to empower athletes of all abilities - from beginners to elite competitors - in their journey toward physical activity, goal-setting, and meaningful community engagement. These programs change lives by fostering self-esteem, confidence, and overall well-being. We believe that everyone deserves access to the transformative power of sports, regardless of physical limitations, and we work hard to eliminate barriers to participation for those with physical disabilities and visual impairments.
Due to the support from the Numotion Foundation grant, Dare2tri is able to host para-triathlon camps where participants from across the country come together for three days of swimming, biking, running and racing. Each summer, four camps are offered, including the flagship Learn2Tri Camp for beginners and Train2Race Camp for intermediate and advanced athletes. These camps provide more than just training; they foster resilience, create lasting bonds, and build confidence both on and off the course. For those who need it, Dare2tri also provides adaptive equipment, guides for visually impaired athletes, travel stipends, and transportation assistance—ensuring that no one is left behind due to financial or logistical barriers.
“With the generosity of the Numotion Foundation, we’re able to offer these life-changing experiences to hundreds of participants each year, often at little or no cost depending on financial need. This support helps make Dare2tri’s camps truly inclusive, opening doors for individuals to realize their potential, push their limits, and achieve personal milestones they might have thought were out of reach. Thank you for helping us make these transformative moments possible!” - Keri Serota

Numotion Foundation Continued Support of Disability EmpowHER Network
Disability EmpowHer Network is an organization run for and by girls and women with disabilities that connects, motivates, and guides disabled girls and women to grow, learn, and develop to their highest potential and have the confidence to lead.
Disability EmpowHer Network envisions a world where girls and women with disabilities recognize their value and believe in their ability to be leaders. However, research reveals that this vision has not yet been realized. Disabled girls often struggle with lower self-esteem and higher rates of depression and isolation. Women and girls with disabilities also face disparities in earnings, higher poverty rates, increased risk of domestic violence, and limited positive representation. Disability EmpowHer Network is dedicated to transforming these challenges and making their vision a reality.
Across the year, the team runs seven programs for disabled women and girls to learn new skills, connect with mentors, and build self-confidence. These programs include EmpowHer Camp, a year-long leadership development and mentoring experience for teenagers with disabilities, EmpowHer Expressions, an 8-week virtual public speaking program, and Letters from a Role Model, a penpal program for women and girls with disabilities to connect with successful disabled women role models.

The 2024 camp included 30 campers/athletes, which was the largest number of attendees in the program’s history. Campers participated in boating and archery activities as well as a camp dance held on the final evening of the multi-day event.
“Through the gracious and amazing support of the Numotion Foundation, the Kyle Pease Foundation hosted the largest Camp Wheel-A-Way since its inception.
