Mosaic was founded seven years ago by Northeastern students who wanted to unify the efforts of their organizations to support our entrepreneurs. What began as four organizations supporting less than 100 students across two colleges has now evolved to 11 organizations supporting thousands of students across all ten colleges at Northeastern University.

Injusttheirfirstyearofprogramming, NYEgathered18studentleadersthat coordinateevents,speakerseries, andworkshops.Theyestablisheda consultingprogramtogivetheir membersexperienceconducting marketresearchforalocal,alumni startup.

Rooted Living uses compostable packaging and snacks that are free of any refined ingredients, allowing you to shop, snack, and support your values. Founder Rachel Domb has worked with multiple Mosaic organizations to grow her idea even further and recently celebrated launching in six retail stores a partnership with local eatery B. Good. She has been able to run her venture fulltime as a Sherman Center Venture Co-op.
Founded by Hannah Ung, Boxy is a short-term, peer-topeer storage solution. Boxy connects city residents with extra space in their apartments to college students in need of storage on an hourly, daily, and monthly basis. She has been able to run her venture full-time as a Sherman Center Venture Co-op.
PowerHouse is broadening the horizon for renewable energy by providing solar energy that isn’t limited by aesthetics and rigid deployment systems. Founder Joey Fiore has been a Generate client for multiple semesters to bring his startup closer to launch.

Culture Care Collective is a hybrid health support program (faceto-face and interactive digital app) where community health workers (CHWs) are integrated into clinical care teams to communicate with and coordinate care for minoritized groups in order to increase access to socially supportive healthcare at low costs. By contracting CHW personnel as well as licensing the software to healthcare organizations, the program strives to: improve the health and social capital of minoritized communities, optimize the patient journey, increase cultural awareness of health systems, lower avoidable healthcare utilization & expenditures, and reduce healthcare disparities. PerZeption offers rapid, self-administered, high-precision, and user-friendly tools to assess vision. Clinicians save testing time, labor, equipment, and space costs while increasing their productivity. The platform enables remote vision and in-clinic testing. The results offer a more accurate picture of the patients' visual functions and also allow for testing of visual functions, for which there is no commercially available product on the market. PerZeption not only improves upon current standards but proposes to change the entire way of vision assessment.
Founded by first-year student, Sanghun Lee, WiroArt is connecting small artists with the community by turning local business spaces into galleries. They were awarded First Place with a $6,000 prize.
Phytabar was founded by Sebi Sanchez and James Sibley. This bar is introducing edible seaweed as an affordable, novel whole food ocean nutrient, helping your wallet and the environment. They were awarded First Place and Audience Favorite for a total of $5,000 in prizes.
