We’re delighted to welcome you to this year’s Gala on 6th November 2025 an unforgettable evening of celebration, entertainment and impact, all in support of vital work we do at Nugent every day.

This Masquerade Ball promises an atmosphere of mystery and elegance, with a touch of sparkle. Guests will enjoy a drinks reception, a delicious threecourse meal, live music, fundraising games and exclusive auction prizes - all contributing towards Nugent’s Our Future Now Fund, helping us continue to change lives across the Liverpool City Region.

WELCOME

DRESS CODE This is a black-tie event, so we invite our guests to dress for the occasion tuxedos, suits, evening gowns, or cocktail dresses are all welcome.

To embrace the theme, we also encourage you to wear a mask - whether it’s classic, creative, or understated, it’s your chance to add a little mystery and flair to the evening. Don’t worry if you don’t have one yet, we will have a limited number available to purchase at the Nugent stand on the night.

For your convenience, parking is available directly opposite the Titanic Hotel Liverpool on Water Street. You’ll find images and map screenshots on the next pages to help you locate both the main and overflow car parks easily.

PARKING

Both car parks operate an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system.

Parking payment must be made on departure, either: At one of the pay machines on site, or Via the ECPparkbuddy App using the Location ID above.

The barrier will open automatically when you exit, however, please ensure you have paid before leaving to avoid a fine.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING Charging points are available on the hotel premises for guests. £15 per charge (guests must bring their own charging cable)

BLUE BADGE HOLDERS Parking is free for Blue Badge holders. Please scan your badge at the pay machine before exiting the hotel.

To help you feel at ease when you arrive, we’ve included an overview of the key areas within the venue. From where to check in and hang your coat, to where you’ll find the bar, dining area, and entertainment, this guide will help you navigate the evening with confidence. Whether you’re joining us for the drinks reception, taking part in our fundraising activities, or simply enjoying the live music, you’ll know exactly where to go.

VENUE

THE EVENT

The Rum Warehouse, where our Masquerade Ball will take place, is located within the Titanic Hotel Liverpool complex. The entrance is just a short walk from the main hotel doors and is clearly signposted.

When you arrive at the Titanic, you’ll see the main hotel entrance on Stanley Dock. From there, follow the signs for the Rum Warehouse - the entrance is just to the left-hand side of the hotel.

On the evening of the Gala, you’ll be welcomed in true red-carpet style simply follow the red carpet leading into the venue. Our Nugent team and hotel staff will be nearby to greet guests and offer assistance if needed.

To help you find your way, we’ve included photos of the entrance and surrounding area. If you require any support on arrival, please find a member of the Nugent team.

ENTRANCE TO THE GALA IS HERE

As you make your way along the red carpet and enter the Rum Warehouse, you’ll be greeted by our drinks reception - the perfect way to begin your evening. Enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly, take in the atmosphere, and start the night with friends, colleagues and fellow supporters of Nugent.

Once inside the foyer, you’ll find: Toilets and cloakroom - located to the left as you enter.

Lift access - also to the left, just behind the staircase.

The Ember Room - situated upstairs, accessible via the staircase or lift.

The main bar - to the right of the room, open throughout the evening.

The main event space - also to the right, where dinner, entertainment and fundraising activities will take place.

Our Nugent team and event staff will be on hand to assist with directions or any additional support you may need as you settle in and enjoy the evening.

PHOTOGRAPHY Throughout the evening, there will be photography and videography capturing the special moments of our Masquerade Ball - from the red carpet arrivals to the celebrations on the dance floor. These images and videos may be used by Nugent for future marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media channels, and printed materials.

We completely understand that not everyone wishes to be photographed or filmed. If you would prefer not to appear in any photos or video footage, please let a member of the Nugent team know on the night, and they will ensure your wishes are respected.

Our aim is to make sure everyone feels comfortable and enjoys the evening in a way that suits them.

THE EVENT

AUCTION Our charity auction is one of the highlights of the evening - giving you the chance to bid on an exciting range of prizes and experiences, all while supporting Nugent’s life-changing work.

You’ll find an auction brochure on your table, filled with details about each prize and how to place your bids. Ensure you watch the screens/live link for any additional prizes not included in the brochure. Members of the Superstars team will also be available throughout the evening to assist with any questions and guide you through the bidding process.

Every winning bid helps to raise vital funds for Nugent, directly supporting our Our Future Now Fund - making a lasting difference to the lives of the people we support across the Liverpool City Region.

RAFFLE Don’t miss your chance to take part in our raffle, with a fantastic selection of prizes generously donated by our supporters and partners. Every entry helps to raise vital funds for Nugent’s Our Future Now Fund, supporting the people we work alongside across the Liverpool City Region.

To enter the raffle fill out a donation envelope found on the tables on the night.

WHAT TO BRING To help you make the most of the evening — and make a real difference — here are a few things to bring along to the Masquerade Ball:

Your Mask Keep with the theme and add a little mystery to the night. If you forget yours, don’t worry — we’ll have a limited number of masks available to purchase on the evening.

A Little Spending Money We will have a variety of fundraising activities on the night, including a range of fun interactive games, a stall for your evening essentials and a sweet buffet to keep your energy up. Both cash and card payments will be accepted. Every flip flop purchased, game played or auction prize bid on helps us achieve our vision of providing a lifelong pathway of support for individuals and communities in need.

GAMES Step into the fun! A range of games awaits you at the Gala - pick up your tokens at the Nugent stand and join in. Every pound raised will go directly to Our Future Now, helping us support our communities.

Chase The Light Hit as many lights as possible in the time limit to top the leaderboard!
