By Craig Quillin, Wastewater Supervisor II
After 10+ years of dedicated service, we bid a fond farewell to one of our finest, Philip Hicks, as he embarks on a well-deserved retirement. Since starting with NTMWD on February 23, 2015, Philip has been an invaluable part of our fleet, navigating countless miles and consistently delivering loads. He will be remembered for his reliability, cheerful attitude, and mentorship to newer drivers, Philip has set a high standard for professionalism on the road.
He has witnessed many changes in the industry, yet his commitment to his craft never wavered. His dedication is measured not just in miles driven, but in the respect and camaraderie he earned from colleagues. 1Password
1Password is Coming Soon to NTMWD — Because Your Brain Has Enough to Remember
Let’s face it between meetings, projects, and remembering to submit time sheets, who can keep track of every password, too?
Good news! NTMWD personnel will have access to 1Password, a secure password manager that helps you:
✅ Store all your work and personal passwords safely
✅ Access them anytime, on any device
✅ Share credentials securely (no more “What’s the Wi-Fi password?” emails!)
Ditch the sticky notes and spreadsheets With 1Password, your digital keys are protected and easy to find so you can spend less time resetting passwords and more time getting things done
Because remembering 47 variations of “Water123!” is not a core job responsibility.
