COMPETITION CONTEXT: WHY THE HOSPITALITY SECTOR NEEDS YCYW: WHY A COMPETITION? Young Chef Young Waiter reinvigorated the sector through this competition designed to promote the emerging talent in the industry The multi-stage process enabled opportunities for storytelling: entrants sharing their stories, judges, sponsors and partners also promoted their association
