Job well done, NSPA and ACP. You’ve served student journalism proudly, fully and effectively for 100 years. At the Frank W. and Sue Mayborn School of Journalism at the University of North Texas, we’re celebrating, too.

From our first program 75 years ago, we’ve worked to train many thousands of journalists and storytellers now working in all corners of the globe.

Today, as a Hispanic-Serving Institution and Minority-Serving Institution, UNT and the Mayborn School are hard at work helping to create newsrooms and agencies that more accurately reflect the audiences they serve. And, like you, we plan to continue innovating and adapting to serve the students of tomorrow. Again, congratulations on your birthday. We’re celebrating right along with you.
