FLOOR STAFF – PART-TIME

Successful candidates must have effective communication skills, show attention to detail, multi-task using both phone and computer, and provide fast & friendly customer service. You must also be able to work in a team environment yet be able to work alone on projects with minimal supervision. Schedule may vary from day shifts to evening/closing shifts and candidates must be able to work weekends.

AUTO SERVICE ADVISOR – FULL-TIME

The successful candidate must enjoy the auto industry, have some knowledge of a variety of vehicles and their parts (an asset but not required), have great communication skills and be able to work effectively with staff and management. An Auto Service Advisor serves as a liaison between the customer and the Auto Technician. The successful candidate must maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. This is a fast paced environment -- so the applicant must be able to handle stress, be well organised and able to multi-task in order to work effectively. Experience in this field will be an asset - but is not required as we will train the successful candidate. We are looking for the right person to fit in with our company and that has long term plans to stay with us.

- Working 40 hours per week - Help customers that walk in - Explain to customers what repairs are needed and make recommendations - Answer phones - Use a computer to price out parts and labours, write up repair orders and create estimates for customers - Liaise between the mechanic and customer to ensure everything is dealt with properly - Take customer payments using a point of sale system - Shift work - Must be able to work weekends

WAREHOUSE – FULL-TIME

Successful candidates must show attention to detail, work fast and be very organized. You must also be able to work in a team environment yet be able to self-direct and work alone. Knowledge of warehouse functions and protocols an asset but not required. This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule. Must be able to work days/evenings and weekends.
