A Selwyn woman’s battle over the placement of unconsented sewage air valves on her property and around the district continues despite a Selwyn District Council decision not to place the valves on her front lawn. Nyki McQueen and her husband Jason built their dream home near Lincoln in 2012 knowing there was a council owned easement which ran along the edge of their front lawn.
