Ms Miller comes to Kaipara from Tauranga City Council where she is currently a general manager and corporate director. She has previously held positions at Tauranga as general manager community services and as a programme director. Before her appointment to Tauranga

City Council in 2013 Ms Miller was a Corporate Director at Dacorum Borough Council in the UK where she led a number of customer and community services and health and wellbeing initiatives. She has an MBA from the University of Leicester, and was previously
