Otamatea High School students and partners danced the night away to local band Kurfew at their school ball this year enjoying the carnival-like atmosphere. Savea Benjamin Davies Saua and Erin Mooney were named King and Queen, and staff member Jocelyn McKenzie who assisted the student run Ball Committee, says she was very pleased with how the night went. “I was really proud of the students who organised the event. They did a fantastic job and the evening went really smoothly. There was a great atmosphere and all of the students looked fantastic. A huge thank you to the staff and parents who helped set everything up.”
