On arrival at the racepoint the convoyer settles the birds and informs the race secretary of his safe arrival
Mr B Garnham and Mr G Britton & Mr Carl Upsall are the NRCC weather advisors collate the weather information which is relayed to the convoyer
The convoyer also has his own line of flight and weather contacts and when all information is in the convoyers hands he will make the final decision on whether to liberate or not
If a liberation cannot be forecast by the weather advisors in the near future the Emergency committee would be asked for their opinion on the correct course of action
In all situations the convoyers decision is final
