National Public Seating distributes its products through an approved list of carefully chosen dealers. Government contract sales are also sold via an approved list of authorized distributors, at times NPS must be the contract holder and accept a purchase order but will assign a dealer distributor as per the specific contract requirements. GSA sales are complex and at time NPS must act as the authorized dealer for a specific government contract requirement. Online sales are only authorized from an approved list of distributors. Amazon sales are not permitted unless specifically authorized, as NPS reserves the right to maintain and protect our professio nal image, branding, and MAP controls by managing listings, offering, and sales.
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
National Public Seating® provides a warranty to the original user, covering all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of ten years*. In the event of a defect, NPS will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect. Please note that excessive swaying back and forth on any banquet stack chair will completely void the warranty. To initiate a return or request repairs, you must contact your dealer for authorization. This warranty grants you specific rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary by state.
The warranty for butcherblock tabletops is limited to one year due to the fact that the lifespan of natural wood surfaces heavily depends on maintenance, refinishing, and storage. However, the standard 10-year warranty still applies to the overall product, including all other table parts.
Oklahoma Sound® products carry a 5-year warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.
Orders are accepted under the express agreement that under no circumstances will seller be liable for any incidental or consequential
damages, or for any other loss, damage or expense of any kind, including loss of profits, arising in connection with the order or with the use or inability to use seller's products furnished under the order. Seller's maximum liability shall not exceed and buyer's remedy is limited to either (i) repair or replacement of the defective part or product, or at seller's option (ii) return of the product and refund of the purchase price. Such remedy shall be the buyer's entire and exclusive remedy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Net 30 with approved credit. Inventory will not be committed to orders without approved credit or any outstanding questions.
Minimum Order
No minimums apply except to folding chairs which must be purchased in carton quantities as noted.
Method of Ordering
All orders must be communicated in writing, such as fax, email or EDI. Phone orders must be followed up in writing.
Order Confirmation
All orders are acknowledged within 24 -48 hours in writing. Dealer must notify NPS of any discrepancies immediately.
Lead Time
Orders typically ship within 48 hours unless otherwise stipulated. Stages and Risers orders may take up to five business days.
Change of Date
Any change of shipping or pickup date within 3 business days of ship date is subject to a $200 per pallet per day warehouse fee.
Return Policy
All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order. Once approved, an RMA# and the return address of the original shipping warehouse will be provided. The RMA# must be clearly written on the BOL, and returns must be sent prepaid freight to be accepted. To receive credit, returned items must be sent to the original shipping warehouse. Items must arrive in new, restockablecondition to qualify for credit. A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to folding chairs, folding tables, stools, and other standard lightning ship items.
A restocking fee of 40% will be applied to all production items, including those with wood components or fabric, such as laminate-top tables, banquet chairs, mobile cafeteria tables, stages, risers, room dividers, wooden folding tables, science tables, science cabinets, activity tables, etc...
Returns will not be accepted on custom orders.
Storage Policy
A fee will be charged for storage at a rate of $50 per pallet per day for items held beyond the acknowledged shipping or pickup date.
Order Cancellation or Revisions
Cancellations require NPS approval and must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received after production has begun are subject to a 30% fee. Custom products, including laminates, edges, and custom logos, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Orders ship FOB factory unless otherwise pre-arranged. NPS will attempt to ship from closest distribution point; NJ, TN or CA, although not guaranteed. If preferred ship method is not specified on purchase order, NPS will ship "Bestway."
Freight Damage / Shortages
All shipments must be inspected upon receipt, and any visible damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Concealed damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt to ensure timely claim processing, as most carriers require claims to be submitted within this period. For visible damages, please ensure to note them on the BOL and report them within 15 days, as most carriers require a claim to be submitted within that timeframe. For concealed damages, a one-third, one-third, one-third policy applies: NPS will credit one third, the carrier typically pays one third, and the dealer pays one third. For third-party or collect freight, the dealer is responsible for filing the claim, while for prepaid or PPA shipments, NPS will handle the claim process. For third-party or collect freight, submit freight damage claims directly to your carrier. A new PO is required to replace any damaged or lost product.
