Greater Sudbury:
The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the Sudbury Real Estate Board totaled 218 units in May 2023. This was a sharp decrease of 34.7% from May 2022.
Sault Ste. Marie:
The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the Sault Ste. Marie Real Estate Board totaled 175 units in June 2023. This was a notable decline of 24.2% from June 2022.
Barrie/Simcoe County:
The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the Barrie & District Association of REALTORS® totaled 426 units in May 2023. This was a small gain of 2.4% (10 sales) from May 2022.
