在春暖花開的時節，邀請您與我們一起改變視角，跟著NTT-TIFA「歌劇院台灣國際藝術節」的精彩製作，體驗現實的 虛擬與擴增。
本期《歌劇院時刻》「聚光燈下」專欄中，科技藝術創作者王連晟與舞者林憶圻與讀者聊聊《客廳》這個創作的概念如 何形成，以及他們各自對於近未來社會型態逐漸轉變的想法。
在「幕後掃描」專欄，特別越洋訪問4座葛萊美獎得主、聲音設計師馬塞洛．阿內茲，他也是雲門舞集最新作品《霞》 的音場設計師，更特別的是，他還是個美食料理家。料理跟聲音對他來說，都是說故事的方式。

In this issue of NTT What’s On, “Under the Spotlight” invites new media artist WANG Lien-cheng and dancer LIN Yi-chi to talk about how their creative concepts behind the production, Living Room, came into shape and how they look at changes of social formation in the near future.
“Backstage View” talks to Marcelo Añez, the holder of four Grammy awards and the sound designer of Send in a Cloud, the latest production by Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan. Unexpectedly, Añez is also a gourmet and an amateur cook. For him, food and sound are both ways of storytelling.

Musical One Fine Day
靜雅，一位在丈夫無故消失的情況下，獨立扶養 6 歲女 兒長大的母親。母女兩人相依為命堅強地度過生活的重 重難關後，靜雅被醫生宣告罹患了不治之症。當悲傷與 眼淚改變不了上天的玩笑，當治療的磨難剝奪了生活的 品質以及與女兒相處的時間。靜雅決定在所剩無幾的生 命裡，好好地陪伴女兒；在有限的時間裡，以日常與故 事教導她如何面對死亡與別離。
Jing-ya, a mother who independently raised her six-year-old daughter when her husband disappeared for no reason. After the mother and daughter depended on each other and worked hard together through the many difficulties in life, Jing-ya was declared by a doctor to have an incurable disease. When sadness and tears can't change the jokes of heaven, the ordeal of being treated deprived of the quality of life and the time spent with her daughter. Jing-ya decided to stay with her daughter in the little remaining life. In the limited time, she used daily life and stories to teach her how to face death and separation.

In the annual concert of the emerging Taiwanese flutist CHEN Yun-yun, the classical and spectacular pieces of the French School bring to us a night of romantic and unforgettable melodies. Under the Starry Night, an interactive performance, is a whole new stage innovation designed to invite audiences into this fantasy world of music and to enjoy some wonderful time with musicians.

鋼琴家嚴俊傑再度挑戰一日演出三場鋼琴獨奏會，以 「情」串連大師經典，精彩演繹三套重量級曲目，一日 之間將三段跨越數百年的師生情、愛情與友情，化作一 幅情字長卷在指尖流轉。「師生情篇」中，嚴俊傑將從 莫札特充滿戲劇張力的幻想曲 K. 475 及奏鳴曲 K. 457、 海頓經歷狂飆運動洗禮的 E 小調第 53 號奏鳴曲，與帶有 海頓影子的貝多芬 E 小調第 20 號奏鳴曲，深入描繪三位 古典樂派大師之間的際遇與師生情誼。
Pianist YEN Chun-chieh has concertized in Europe, Asia, and America, embracing a wide range of repertoire. YEN Chun-chieh Piano Recital 3 Love a Day will explore the friendship, tutorship and loveship with master classic works. In this concert, YEN will play the great piano works of Mozart, Haydn and Beethoven, to show the relationship and influence between this three important composers of Classical-era music.

兩個時空旅人在光年之外擦身而過，迴游於彼此的夢境 之中。臺灣丹麥首度聯手，世界劇場設計大展金獎團隊 狠劇場，運用丹麥埃爾西諾文化庭院的 4D Box 智慧舞台 浮空投影技術，結合劇場、影像、肢體和科技，創造出 豐富如幻境、瑰麗絕倫的科技視覺景象，與臺灣和丹麥 兩位表演者互動，呈現如夢如詩的嶄新演出。
Two travelers, respectively from Denmark and Taiwan, meet after faring light years in the void of space and time, and traverse through the memories of their childhood, moments that they don’t want to let go, yet will soon dissolve into the deep sea of oblivion. A collaboration between Very Theatre (Taiwan) and The Culture Yard in Elsinore (Denmark), Chronicle of Light Year: Taipei-Copenhagen features hologram technology used in the 4D Box in a fusion of theater, imagery, dance and technology.

Departure
《勥姆仔欲起行》是一個現實與魔幻交織的黑色喜劇，死 去的「勥姆」在被鬼差帶走之前，不斷吹噓著自己的「豐 功偉業」：兒子們不是做老師，就是在銀行上班、媳婦 們也都在她的「教導」下，乖得像貓一樣。並且一直對 鬼差說，自己的葬禮一定會是全村最風光的，她要好好 看她的葬禮，確認她的葬禮比死對頭鄰居春仔更風光後， 才要跟著鬼差離去。然而，等所有的兒子媳婦們回到家 裡準備後事時，「勥姆」才發現事情不如她所願……
Departure, a black comedy blending reality and fantasy, features dead Khiàng ḿ--á bragging about her life achievements before the ghost escorts who came to collect her soul. Her sons were either teachers or bankers; daughters-in-law were so welldisciplined and pliant like kittens. She promised the escorts that her funeral was no doubt the most lavish one in the village; without making sure that it beat out her nemesis and neighbor A Chun’s funeral, she would not leave. However, upon the arrival of all sons and daughters-in-law, Khiàng ḿ--á found it not the way she thought…

The renown young flutist Rica KAO has been active performing both in solo and chamber performances. She not only inherited the elegance from the traditional flute playing but also brought the new perspectives from the young generation. In this concert, she and the pianist Jenny LIN will be performing an exciting program of the flute master pieces by Berthomieu, Mucznski, Borne, Mike Mower, and Franck.

During the 19th century, Russian works have started to develop. There are two different styles that the Russians incorporated: nationalism and romanticism. Cellist, LIN Min-yuan and pianist, LIN Yea-shiuh will perform works by Rachmaninoff and Shostakovich, bringing the audience on a journey from East to West and through the classical to the modern period.

本場演出邀請新銳青年編舞家林廷緒、辜婉玉、葉于瑄 為《再見再見》量身創作，並特邀詹佳惠教授擔任藝術 總監。離別與相遇之時，每一份揮別，都是為了下一次 的遇見。此製作透過對家庭的情感寄託做為主線打造， 經由創作體現人心溫度的改變與命運，找出生命中在日 常無常下所歷經的碰撞紛爭，由生活層面帶入肢體，道 出生命情懷的釋然與解放。
See You is a special production created by three young guest choreographers LIN Ting-syu, KU Wan-yu and YEH Yuhsuan, with Professor CHAN Chia-hui as the Artistic Director. Departures and encounters are in parallel. Every farewell is for the next encounter. Following the main theme of family attachments, this production features changes of hearts and fates while trying to reveal bumps and fights in daily uncertainties. From life to body, See You attempts to search for release and liberation from what we have been through in the life.

李國修紀念作品《莎姆雷特》
L'inspiration de Bach
本場安排四首調性為 D 小調與 D 大調關係調 B 小調作品， 皆與「D」調性有關，針對調性的表情最具影響力的舒巴 特（C. Schubart）在音樂美學的專書內提及 D 小調的表 情是「憂鬱、具女人味，內心的沉思」；而根據法國巴 洛克最重要作曲家之拉摩（J.P. Rameau）在 1722 年對 B 小調表情地描述為「甜美與溫柔」的，巴洛克獨奏家樂 團此次以巴赫協奏曲為主體，調性表情為精神主軸，藉 此展現巴赫創作風格與演奏特色。
Baroque Camerata chose a all-Bach program for our audience. By using tonality D minor harpsichord and violin concertos as the center spirit and then expand the expression to B minor flute concerto, we hope the audience would be able to enjoy these carefully detailed beauty from Bach’s music.

《莎姆雷特》是一齣失控爆笑的情境喜劇運用戲中戲中戲 的形式描述一個三流劇團「風屏劇團」將原本預計演出 莎士比亞的經典悲劇《哈姆雷特》搞到走鐘。在全臺巡 迴演出的過程中團員間的人事糾紛越演越烈在意外與陰 謀的干擾下勾心鬥角的團員們竟在舞台上藉機公報私仇 結果造成演員忘詞、走錯位、沒帶道具連舞台佈景也狀 況百出。台上演員們只能靠著臨場即興隨機應變企圖挽 救舞台上的失控場面卻仍失敗連連眼看整齣戲就要分崩 離析劇團也面臨解散危機所有人才驚覺事態嚴重直到中 場演出前團員們決定齊心振作要讓這齣戲走像完美結局。
Shamlet , a hilarious situation comedy, tells the story in the framework of “a play within a play” about a third-class theater company, Fong Ping Theater Troupe, who goes on a tour with Shakespeare’s classic tragedy Hamlet but eventually turns it into a chaotic mess after everything goes out of control.

聖誕夜晚，爸媽都還在加班，主人翁待在自己空蕩蕩的房 間裡，看著對面鄰居正舉行著華麗的聖誕派對。主角一邊 羨慕著對面人家小孩漂亮的衣服與昂貴的玩具，一邊抱怨 著自己什麼都沒有。就在這時，一個長得很奇怪的仙女出 現，拜託主角去幫忙尋找一隻藍色的鳥來救治她生病的孩 子，主角二話不說一口就答應了。就這樣，開啟了一路尋 找青鳥的旅程。這是一齣結合古典音樂、影像、面具、偶、 物件與多媒體的奇幻兒童音樂故事劇場。
It’s Christmas eve. Tyltyl is along in her own empty room, watching the beautiful decorations and rich desserts that she sees in the house of a wealthy family nearby. While the dazzling clothes and luxury toys create envy in her mind, she grumbles her poor status. Suddenly, a strange fairy appear in her room! The fairy pleads her to find the blue bird to treat her child’s illness, which follows Tyltyl on an enchanted journey. Based on Maeterlinck’s original play, the production combines classical music, visual art, masks, puppets, and objects.

Acqua Alta tells of losing and searching, of fear of the bizarre and otherness, and how to tame it.
The Lyon-based digital art company Adrien M & Claire B present the same story in three different formats: Acqua Alta— Ink black, combining movement and living digital images on stage; Acqua Alta—Crossing the Mirror, a book whose contents are only visible in augmented reality; and Acqua Alta—Tête-àtête, an immersive virtual reality experience.

Emerging like clouds, dancers reveal facets of self – loneliness, hesitation, fear... Their bodies – whether in movement or stillness – appear against shifting bursts of color, animating the creative processes of the human experience. This latest work by Artistic Director CHENG Tsung-lung is set to the Japanese composer Yasuaki Shimizu’s rendition of Bach’s Cello Suites, with sound design by Grammy-winning artist Marcelo Anez, projection design by cross-disciplinary film director CHOU Tung-yen, animation designed WEI Ho-ting, lighting design by SHEN Po-hung and costume design by FAN Huai-chi.

NTT is located in Taichung City’s 7th Redevelopment Zone, where department stores and commercial buildings abound. For nurturing performing arts professionals in central Taiwan, NTT launches the Arts Administration - Practical Course. In the Arts Administration - Practical Course of 2022 NTT Academy, a five-day intensive professional training is specifically laid down for arts administrators of performing arts groups registered in central Taiwan. Instructors from the industry or relevant fields are invited to share domestic and international experiences. The course also designs workshops for practical experience exchange to deepen professional skills and broaden social networks. 身體律動篇 Body Rhythm
身體經年累月被灌輸許多該有的樣子：喝水、吃飯甚至是走路，再日常不過的動作可能透過無意識的模仿、學習，久而 久之自己也忘了其實身體是自我表達的一種媒介。本次「後青年工作坊－身體律動篇」邀請旅德舞者吳思瑋擔任授課老 師，從探索身體潛能，解開框住生活的枷鎖，找尋自我的身體語彙。自暖身練習，循序增加動能、開啟肢體的敏感度， 進而讓身體這個純粹的表達載體練習如何敘事及傳達情感。
The body acquires its physical habitus through years of accumulation by unconsciously learning and mimicking daily activities, such as drinking, eating, or even walking. Eventually, we often forget that the body could be a form of media of expression.
WU Szu-wei, a Taiwanese dancer living in Germany, is invited to lead this Creative Aging Workshop-Body Rhythm. From exploring physical potentials, unlocking life limitations, to discovering your own body languages. Starting with warming up, the workshop designs to gradually build up energy, initiate physical sensitivity and ultimately help you practice storytelling and emotion delivery through the body, an elementary carrier of expressions.

長久以來的美感教育，高即是好、瘦即是美……許多價值觀讓我們遺忘如何好好愛自己。本次工作坊邀請旅德舞者吳思 瑋授課，長年與不同國籍的舞蹈家切磋習舞，她深刻體會唯有從「心」出發，建立自信心並發現最真實的自己，方能瞭 解發揮自身優點的最佳方法。
課程將經由身體伸展協調練習與肢體節奏訓練，逐步開發身體潛能；進而學習從內而外覺察，延長每次深呼吸後通體舒 暢的狀態，感受身體回饋的驚喜，獲得紓壓達到身心平衡的完美境界。
For a long time, our aesthetical education tends to highlight tallness and slimness. The embedded sense of value pushes us to forget how to love ourselves as who we are. This workshop features WU Szu-wei, a Taiwanese dancer living in Germany, who had been long experiences of working with dancers of different nationalities. WU deeply understands that the best way to show one’s strength is to establish inner confidence and discover the true self, starting from the “heart”.Through stretching, coordination and rhythmic exercises, this workshop aims to unearth one’s potential, to initiate the internal awareness and to extend the state of relaxation resulted from each deep breath. The workshop expects to help participants find a relaxed fine balance between the body and the mind through unexpected feedbacks from their own bodies.

2020 年編舞者蘇威嘉以《看見你的自由步》讓觀眾透過擴增實境 AR 技術與《自由步》舞者互動，打破觀舞限制，獨特的觀 展體驗吸引近 3,000 人參與。2022 年將以「特色肢體佐生活中的迷人風景」的 8 道主題，與臺灣優秀舞者、演員與擊樂家共 同綻放身體的多元樣貌，邀請觀眾漫步環繞歌劇院「AR 櫥窗」，透過平板裝置自由探索，創造屬於自己的自由步。
In 2020, choreographer SU Wei-chia’s FreeSteps AR Yours broke away from the traditional dance viewing experience and allowed audiences to interact with dancers with AR technology. In 2022, featuring eight themes, the exhibition again enlists excellent dancers, actor and percussionist to present the diverse presentation of human body. Audiences are invited to roam freely at the Serenity Corner of NTT in their own free steps with tablets.

當厭世語錄逐漸成為年輕世代的座右銘，「厭世」已不再是原本字面的意義，而是象徵一整個世代的共同心境。
《厭世代－低薪、貧窮與看不見的未來》作者吳承紘綜合採訪過的專家學者及自己的觀察分析，分享如何走出「厭世」 困局，透過另一種視角提供四、五、六年級生與厭世代們相處的因應之道。透過不同世代的共同理解，讓前輩的經驗結 合年輕人的創意，一起來一場逆襲吧！
When misanthropic quotes become the epitomes of the younger generation, “misanthropy” has gone beyond a merely description and become the common mentality of the entire generation.
In this lecture, Kelvin WU, the author of Misanthropic Generation: Low Wage, Poverty and the Invisible Future, will share his analysis based on expert interviews and personal observations and try to present a way out of this “misanthropy” dilemma for those who work with the Misanthropic Generation. Following his penetrative take into mentalities of different generations, let’s launch a counterattack at misanthropy - combining senior experiences and young creativity!

CHENG I-lly, a resident artist of the NTT, specially planned two workshops to experience the difference in texture between people with different devices. Through the guiding practice of voice and body, we can open the perception of body musicality, and then observe the essential differences between ourselves and others, know ourselves and appreciate others. Workshop content: (1) Develop musical perception. (2) The development of body musicality. (3) Contact with performance devices. (4) Observation of individual uniqueness.

春天的 NTT 放映室走入世界藝術現場，4 月份將播映香港小交響樂團推出的音樂會電影《Back On Stage II (Quarantined!)》。
電影聚焦指揮大師柏鵬及德國鋼琴王子克里奇，在疫情期間無懼隔離，堅持演出。鏡頭將帶領觀眾從多角度欣賞拉赫曼 尼諾夫之帕格尼尼主題狂想曲、貝多芬的第八號交響曲和第五號鋼琴及小提琴奏鳴曲《春》。
As the highlighted programme of the April NTT Cinema, Hong Kong Sinfonietta’s Back On Stage II (Quarantined!) features the brilliant and moving performance of German conductor Christoph Poppen and pianist Alexander Krichel, who travelled to Hong Kong despite the strict quarantine requirements under the pandemic. Enjoy on the big screen Rachmaninov’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 8 and Spring Sonata like never before from carefully designed camera angles and video clips of the artists’ daily lives in quarantine.

近未來的客廳裡， 誰在等待你回家？
專訪科技藝術創作者王連晟 與舞者林憶圻

人工智能的生活場景應用已經在可預見的時程表上， 機器人猶如家庭成員般的新夥伴，也將成為陪伴心靈 的重要角色。在機器的視框中，世界是什麼樣貌？我 們準備好了嗎？本文邀請《客廳》編導王連晟與舞者 林憶圻，談談他們各自的客廳印象，以及對科技如何 介入生活的藝術思考。
當熱愛變成習慣
自學力成為他跨域共創的利器
王連晟說自己講話很跳，因為水瓶座，但更可能是因為他腦袋裡有座圖書館。
他是興趣廣泛的雜學家，瀏覽吸收各類知識學問、分門別類收進心靈圖書館，而他所創作一切，無論聲影 裝置，彷彿就像他拿著手電筒在心靈圖書館探索、試圖照亮館內那些無光所在，那些凸凸之地，那些尚未 熟悉的知識角落。
大學讀資訊工程，從藝術到會計課都修，還自學編曲軟體接案配樂。當時教授推薦王連晟到臺北藝術大學 科技藝術研究所深造，造就舞台上這位科技藝術創作者：「網路或機器中介社會有非常多子題可以探索， 比如人工智能、穿戴裝置、器官外置化……這些我都感興趣。在工程領域，自學是非常重要的能力，老師 只是叫你寫程式，你必須自己從豐富的網路資源學習。」
《客廳》是王連晟的最新創作，他認為客廳是家庭做為最小社群單位，跟世界接軌的窗口。在生活型態趨 近流動的現在，在四處為家的房車野營風氣興盛的後疫情時代，客廳又會變成什麼樣子？他想讓觀眾感覺 到表演者和裝置的真實互動，運用聲控或動作辨識這些日常科技，和觀眾一起進入近未來。「我想把人類 身體延伸到外部機器，讓裝置現場辨識舞者的所有動作，讓台上的舞者憶圻用肢體去改變聲響或影像。」 王連晟說。
當舞者遇上機器人
她懷念老家客廳的茶具
林憶圻的腦海是極簡禪室，她善聆聽、接納和包容，在有形中無形。
林憶圻就讀北藝大時認識王連晟，她極享受不同背景的藝術家彼此碰撞思想、用不同的語彙溝通討論，朝 想像的共同未來走去。她愛科技題材的動漫電影，看似遙遠其實近未來很快就來：「觀眾眼裡和我共舞的 是機器人，但除了硬體互動也有軟體互動，我不只跟台上機器人跳舞，更跟設計、操作以及賦予他溫度的 人共舞」。
林憶圻用「他」代稱機器人，中性但有生命。在場上，她謹慎拿捏與機器人的互動，主導更多表演動作的 想像，「歌劇院的凸凸廳觀眾是開放流動的，演出變因很多，必須在演出當下即時處理、調整或化解。觀 眾就像演出的小齒輪，跟機器人的機件一樣，每個人都能對演出造成小小的改變。」
林憶圻老家是二層透天，一樓客廳，二樓寢居加餐廳，用樓梯區分公私。客廳桌上擺著父親的茶具，早午 都有固定泡茶儀式，休假日母親也會加入。晚餐飯後，轉進爸媽房間聊天，小酌配電視。客廳空間大，人 際距離發散，一家人塞進房間卻好像被空間包圍，距離緊密，林憶圻喜歡這種房間跟客廳相互支應的感覺。
林憶圻在臺北租屋，客廳只有幾個盆栽和沙發，疫情期間成了遠端舞蹈教學的直播排練場。對她來說，客 廳是放鬆發呆的地方；她不會特別指稱這裡是「客廳」，因為朋友來訪更多是聚在廚房下廚、在餐廳小酌。
她回想老家的空間格局，發現即使在外租屋，也繼承了某些「習慣」：「小時候不懂茶局，只是坐在旁邊 看電視，長大後突然覺得應該加入泡茶行列，融入爸媽喝茶小團體。才發現，我爸的習慣漸漸影響我，現 在我臺北的家也有簡配版茶具了。」
她猜想，未來世界的實體物件會越來越精簡，到處是螢幕而虛實越發分離，與其無生命的傢俱，她更考慮 先新增具生命現象的家人：「如果問我家還缺什麼？多幾盆植物吧！但我不是綠手指，要找不用太花心思 就能好好活著的植物。最近也在想領養貓咪，但養了就是一輩子，要再三考慮，或著等緣分到來囉。」
你對於未來的客廳，抱有哪些想像？
王連晟家的客廳有盞小立燈，還有電鋼琴和大電視，四人座沙發和一張矮凳，另有一金 屬一木製兩張小桌，傢俱隨著家庭成員和場景變化用途。以前客廳矮凳是夫妻坐沙發掛 腳用，現在則是幫小嬰兒換尿布的墊台；以前在餐桌吃飯，客廳的兩張小桌放雜物，現 在小桌成了小孩吃飯桌，雜物換成嬰兒用品。
王連晟跟太太個性相反又互補：他喜歡客廳安靜，她喜歡放音樂溫暖氣氛；他不愛展示 豐功偉業，她則把客廳放了許許多多的孩子照片。每次造訪早婚的妹妹家，就像預視自 家未來的空間部署。可以預料不久將來王連晟的客廳也會劃出一塊擺滿玩具的親子空間， 「如果可以，希望未來我能拓展家的維度，從二維到三維，比如多個樓中樓，在上上下 下的過程拓展思考的維度。就像貓需要貓跳台，或許牠也想拓展思考的維度？」
王連晟說：「這是我對未來城市居家空間的想像，保持在一種無須定義、隨時流動的變 化狀態。」
