GETTING AROUND
REGISTRATION
Simply show up at the registration point at Nowy Teatr and get your WELCOME PACK. Inside, among number of nice gifts, you will find the personalized SHOWCASE BADGE and a small SCHEDULE FOLDER. Along with it, you will find a QR code that will direct you to the interactive map with all the venues’ locations and food spots.
The registration will be open from 2 pm to 8 pm at Nowy Teatr’s Foyer on Sept 7th.
If you cannot grab it from Nowy Teatr – let us know, we will bring it to you!
TICKETS
Generation After Showcase is paperless!
Your SHOWCASE BADGE will be your ticket to all the shows & events – simply show the QR code located on its back side and enter the event! The ticket can be simply found also in the Swapcard App under the “My Ticket” button.

DAILY SHOWCASE NEWSLETTER
Each day till 11 am we’ll send out our DAILY SHOWCASE NEWSLETTER, containing details of all the activities planned for a given day of the festival.
PERFORMANCES
Most of the events are planned in a way so that they don’t overlap and are easily accessible either by public transport or a shuttle bus provided by us. But! There is unfortunately one clash: on the third day, you will have to choose from two different performances – one in Studio and one in Komuna Warszawa.
NETWORKING AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Each year we create spaces for exchanges and networking and this will be the same. So, join us for the WELCOME EVENING and JOINT BRUNCH at Nowy Teatr, GRAB A BITE at Studio and FAREWELL PARTY at Komuna Warszawa.
This year we’ve paired up with colleagues from The National Museum in Warsaw and Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw – Museum on the Vistula to make it possible for you to experience their current exhibitions.
All exhibitions are free to Showcase ID holders from September 7th till 10th.

A ROAD TRIP TO CRACOW
A unique opportunity to see a new work by Katarzyna Kalwat - “Art of Living”. A radical stage attempt to achieve what seems to be impossible: to transpose George Perec’s legendary novel „Life A User’s Manual” into a theatre event. In this five-hour performance we balance between the need to write on the white sheet of paper, to recite certain words on stage, and to overcome the resistance and crisis that comes with this act of telling your own biography and history. In this particular case the very act of writing, set in motion by the author and dictated by the need to face up to your own life, tells a tale of cultural and identity exclusion.
We will provide a coach that will pick attendees up from Nowy Teatr on Sunday at 9 am and drive them to Krakow (app. arrival 12:30 pm, there will be time for lunch). The show starts a at 2 pm and lasts 5h (with breaks and catering for Guests). After the performance and break for dinner, the bus will take the Guests back to Warsaw (app. arrival at Nowy Teatr 11 pm).
The detailed schedule will be sent over to all the trip participants.

WARSAW GETTING AROUND
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Follow the lines on the floor at Warsaw Chopin Airport to get to a speed-train directly from the airport to the Warsaw Śródmieście Station (line S2).
Duration: approx. 30 min Price: 4.40 PLN (1 EURO)
Or take the bus number 175 to get to the city centre.

BOLT & FREENOW – order them from upper floor (Departures) at the Airport.
For UBER and local taxi companies stay at the lower floor (Arrivals) and follow the line on the floor.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: GREEN CITY
Upon registration you will get a 3-day ticket that will allow you to use all public transport in Warsaw (trams, buses, metro and local trains). Just remember to validate it after entering for the first time. If you’re using metro - use your ticket every entrance. We’ve prepared the programme to make it easy to get from one venue to another. You can effortlessly find any transport connection in Warsaw – just go to one of these websites and type in the address where you want to go:

Both sites are available in English.
We provide shuttle buses for connections between venues that are affected by construction work within the city. You will find the info in the printed programme booklet.

CITY BIKES
In order to rent a bike you need to register in Veturilo app or on the website. You can also use the global Nextbike app to ride a bike in Warsaw!
Top up your account with an initial fee of 10 PLN or else define payment card as your form of payment. In order for the account to be active, it must contain at least 10 PLN.
The first 20 minutes are free! For the next 40 minutes you pay 1 PLN, for the second hour 3 PLN, the third 5 PLN, and for the fourth and all following hours you pay 7 PLN.
You can also rent bikes with electric support. Pricelist: 1-20 minutes – 0 PLN, 21-60 minutes – 6 PLN, second and each subsequent hour – 14 PLN.
Bikes can be rented for a maximum of 12 hours at a time. You can rent a maximum of 4 bikes at a time on one account.
