Who are we?

iULi is a bisaya term that means bring back to its natural existence, to restore. This is the core in which we operate in.

We design and build with the intention and motivation to work with nature and the community within, sustainably and beautifully. We take a look at the resources within local reach and prioritize utilization to promote community involvement and livelihood. We believe in a circular economy where renewable building materials and local technology transfer is promoted.

Our Vision To be the standard solutions provider in sustainable land development through a multidisciplinary approach and optimal use of local resources, putting the Philippines in the map as a responsible steward of the natural and built environment.

Our Process iULi is a joint undertaking of architects, designers and other consultants/engineers to deliver appropriate, competitive & relevant services comprising Masterplanning and Landscape Architecture, Architectural & Interior Design, Project Management, Construction, Research and Business Consultancy.

Its recent inception was a product of long-term goals to create more opportunities for other practitioners to develop & share our talents in a synergistic set-up while promoting our advocacy of sustainability and circular economy in local communities.

Each engagement starts with a site visit and ocular inspection. This gives us a chance to see the place, feel the place and understand what the place wants to be. This is also an opportunity to sit with you to discuss the vision for the development. There are 3 Phases to our methodology. Phase 1 is Planning, Phase 2 is Design and Build and Phase 3 is Business Development.
