2-2 Entities included in the organization’s sustainability reporting a. The reporting entity, Novolex Holdings, LLC (“Novolex”), is majority owned and controlled by affiliates of Apollo Global Management through a holding company structure in which the Board Directors of our ultimate parent company is our highest governance body.
