WATTBIKE CASE STUDY. Used by: Wattbike installation at Sydney Swans HQ. NovoFit recently partnered with the Sydney Swans to equip their state-of-the-art training facility with some world-class cardio equipment. The project began with comprehensive planning and collaboration to tailor solutions that met the unique needs of their AFL men’s and women’s programs, as well as their academy.

The installation included 45 new Wattbikes, strategically integrated into an altitude room, allowing the Swans to utilise these elite training tools to their full potential. The Wattbikes serve as a critical piece of equipment for both performance assessment and injury rehabilitation, allowing athletes to train efficiently even when dealing with load management issues. This setup enhances both on-field performance and recovery, aligning with the Swans' highperformance goals.

PRECOR CASE STUDY. Used by: Precor Strength and Cardio fit-out at PAC. “The Hyperice and Normatec lounges in our facilities are one of the busiest areas in our recovery and wellness zones. Not all members are prepared for a wet experience and so we still see dry recovery being a vital part of our memberships. Access to this space is anywhere from $45 to $80 per week additional to the normal gym fee and this ranges from 15-30% of our database at some clubs.

We are also finding that clients now spend longer in our facility because of this, meaning increased secondary spend on products. Often members work on their laptops while recovering, or purchase from our cafe to enjoy post workout.
