Design innovation

This integrated resort-style concept demonstrates the vibrancy and activation mixed-use developments can contribute to their surroundings. The architects of TURNER have embedded innovation through design and materials, such as in the wintergardens.

A sweeping lakeside plaza houses chic open-air dining under a sheltered waterfront colonnade, outdoor seating, sculpture, and water play areas for the children. Above are luxurious residents-only podium terraces, providing verdant outdoor space for activity, gathering or relaxing.
