Guests are encouraged to make reservations in advance at least 48 hours prior to your resort departure to avoid disappointment, last minute bookings may not be available All participants with Memories activities or services do so at your own risk Please advise us if you are pregnant or have other significant health considerations Please understand that outdoor photoshoots are subject to weather conditions etc We reserve the right to suspend the photoshoots at any time

Kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your photoshoot, providing you with ample time to prepare for your photo journey Should your arrival be delayed, please note that your photoshoot time will be reduced accordingly so that we may serve the next guest on time Late arrival will still result in a full charge for your requested service, even though your actual photoshoot time may be reduced

As a courtesy and to avoid charges, we require a 12 hours notice for cancellations If your cancellation request is submitted within less than 12 hours, a 50% charge will apply to your booking

We request that you do not bring expensive jewellery or valuables to your photoshoot Memories is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items Lost or damaged props, dresses etc , used or hired from Memories will be charged at a replacement cost rate

We reserve guest photos for a maximum of 2 months period They are your precious memories, so please save them well For photos and videos which require editing, the processing time is between 14 - 30 working days, subject to your edits and requirements Should you need any further edits or modification, kindly contact Memories within 7 days of receiving, and we do accept a 1-time adjustment
