In 2018 Restaurateur Benny Castro, wanted to create and share a unique tapas and dining experience in the beautiful village of Piermont NY. Basque Tapas Bar offers a cozy, quaint, and yet casual vibe featuring a variety of regional Tapas from Spain, authentically unique paellas, sangrias and a full Spanish wine list.
Our goal at Basque is to serve authentic cuisine from Spain in a vibrant relaxed ambiance, never rushed, that makes you feel like part of the Basque family.
Walk-ins are Welcomed. Tables are for first come for parties of 1-5 people The entire party must be present to be seated. We can only hold the table for 15 minutes. Reservations are available for 6 guests or more
