Living costs Your living costs will vary depending on your accommodation and lifestyle. The average cost of living in Malaysia for international students is estimated at RM2,500 or USD530 per month depending on your lifestyle.

On-campus accommodation UNM offer 9 room types to accommodate different budgets and preference, including single rooms with ensuite bathroom. We also have female-only blocks, dedicated hall wardens and hall tutors, and 24/7 security to provide a safe living environment for all students.
