Individual Class days offered a variety of activities. Freshmen Marilu Jensen, J ennifer Jones, and Kathy Clark listen to the wisdom of Margaret Gerkin during a group discussion.

The owners of the hands can't be identified but they definitely belong to Juniors. Seniors prepared a ring ceremony for the Juniors consisting of Liturgy, blessing of the rings and brunch.

The Rummel bleachers were crowded as the N,D.A. Roadrunners took on Mercy Maurauders. The Roadrunners won by a 25 to 15 score.

Staircase" The story of a young teacher in an over"Up The Down

crowded, understaffed school with problems that are sometimes hilarious, sometimes heartbreaking was this year's Fall play, "Up the Down Staircase". Underneath the comedy there's a real concern on the part of the faculty and students to teach and to be taught.

The play is based on the story by Bel Kauf— man. Director Miss Tina Scherr and studentdirector Cindy Wichert helped to make this play a success. The play was staged November 12, 13, and 14 in the Little Theater.

Alice's love letter is only another paper to be corrected in Mr. Barringer's (Jim Schenkleberg) mind. Alice's agony leads to an attempted suicide.

The Concert Choir once again proved

"There's No Business Like Show Business" during their annual production of "Evening

on Broadway". The songs from "Showboat" tied the various numbers together into one theme. Acts ranged in style from thirty-two coordinated feet dancing to "Tea for Two" to Carrie Pirruccello's solo "If I Ruled the World."

Early in the fall, the Seniors were inducted into the Alumnae Association. Sister Dorothy, Moderator of the Association, welcomes the seniors before presenting them with the Constitutions.

Karen Sobczyk was not only important in organizing N.D.'s cheerleading squad but also represented N.D. on the Rummel Cheerleading Squad.

After months and months of waiting for the big day, seniors were happy beyond explanation when Prom Announcement finally took place.

And to the agreement of all, it was well worth the waiting. The Little Theater was transformed from a drab lecture room to the magic world of Cinderella. Under the leadership of Paula Casaccio, Junior Class President, the Juniors sat— isfied every question of the Seniors regarding Prom. On April 30th, the night of Prom, dreams became reality.

Seniors "enjoy" another lecture during Christian Life block time. Or is it that some are asleep?

Christian Life classes gave up formal discussions at times to celebrate the Liturgy. Fr. Jim Scholz takes his homily into the group for a dialogue homily.

Busy hands and minds prepared one of the many collages to decorate the Christian Life Resource Center. The theme here --- "People".

After losing eight of their nine first games, the AllStars ended with a respectable record of 12 wins and 17 losses.
