Longtime studio member Danny (AKA Delo Dizzy) is a 16-year-old hip hop artist from St. Paul who has been writing, recording, and honing his craft these last few years. His first release with N4N is called “P.T.T.P” which stands for “Path to the Present.” The song is about the dedication and determination it takes to make it as an artist today.

Teen producer Ronald Vue continues to refine and solidify his style of beat-making with songs that make you want to listen again and again. His latest release is a 2-song single featuring more chilled-out beats. The first track is a short lofi remix of Soulja Boy’s iconic 2008 hit “Kiss me thru the Phone,” and the second is an original production called “want u.”

Creating on the Keys

Back in the Booth

Our 3rd - 5th graders have been bringing lots of creative energy to the studio this month. We’ve been making our own beats and learning how to create our own melodies on the keys by playing one note at a time and using repetition.

The Maschine beat-maker has been one in the biggest hits of the studio this month. Our youth have learned how to create drum grooves and beats by selecting sounds and playing them with their fingers. We’re working on putting together a Winter beat tape to showcase the amazing creations our youth have been making!

Until this month, our studio computer had been out of service. We finally we’re blessed with a new computer which opened the door back to the recording booth. Our youth have been ecstatic about recording, collaborating, and writing original music together.
