MEMPHIS ZOO (901 DAY — AYYE MANE SAY MANE EDITION) In honor of 901 Day, a bunch of local references become metaphors for the personalities, pressure, bravado and unpredictability of the city, turning Memphis itself into one big “zoo” with a satisfyingly dark, humorous and unfiltered edge.
SOMETHING SPOOKY IS BREWING... Behind the scenes, the studio has been getting a little spooky as youth work together to bring our upcoming Halloween song to life! From building the beat and writing lyrics to recording vocals and experimenting with different sounds, the process has been just as exciting as the finished track. The sessions have been filled with creativity, collaboration, and plenty of personality as everyone adds their own touch to the record. Stay tuned— the scares, sounds, and surprises are coming soon!
