MELROSE HIGH SCHOOL
Workforce Development Program has begun. We kick started the program off with MELROSE HIGH SCHOOL. On the First day students were excited to go ahead start getting familiar with the equipment. One of the students was making a simple drum loop while others gathered around to freestyle to the drum loop being created.
The next school that has become apart of the Workforce Development Program is WESTWOOD HIGH SCHOOL. Kaori has a love for music and is creating her first beat with no prior knowledge. I asked who would like to give it a try and she instantly raised her hand. Stay tuned for whats to come from Kaori the Producer.

ROCK BAND CHAMPS GIRLS ROCK Studio Field Trip

a try. Normally they would come into the studio and sing and/or play the piano, but this time was a little different. On Fun Friday they got a chance come into the studio and Rock Out!!!
After not being together for nearly 3 weeks the girls finally was able to the studio and jam out. They song one of their favorite songs ‘Uptown Funk’. They even got a new member. Here name is Janelle and she is in the back singing on the mic.
As a Part of the Workforce Development Program, each school gets the opportunity to get some experienceinarealrecordingstudio.Studentsfrom Westwood High got the chance to come into the studio and creates beats and they were very excited to freestyle as they prepare to write their first originalsong.
